Tonight completes day 6 of a 60 day program I'm following to help with my fibromyalgia and candida.
It has been so hard, and for the past three days, I constantly think of giving up. I have become more depressed and anxious, but the worst part is just how much I miss eating! I'm not even craving Sugar or starches; I just miss having a nice meal.

It's a detox program that works its way up to whole fruits & veggies, nuts & seeds, and steamed veggies. But most of the 60 days are drinking just (healthy) lemonade and then juice. I do the fast 3 times during the 60 days.
Today is day 7.

This is a reply to # 1,990,683what exactly have you been incorporating into your juice fast? which vegetables and fruit? i juiced kale/spinach/cucumber/celery/pineapple today. it was delicious, couldn't taste the leafy taste of the greens at all. will you give it a try and let me know how it is?
