I'm currently on day 6 of a juice fast (aiming for 30 days). I have low thyroid & weakened adrenals. I am currently experiencing shortness of breath, dry mouth, & heart palpitations. I'm getting out of breath going up & down the stairs, & when I'm talking. Is this a normal reaction, will it pass? Does it have anything to do with my thyroid/adrenals adjusting? I had asthma when I was younger. I used to get out of breath a lot when I was ovulating, but I'm not due to ovulate for around 5 days. My thyroid is prominent (feels like an Adam's apple - I'm female) & I'm retching now & then. Some days, the back of my throat feels fuzzy/furry.

I'm drinking 2 to 2.5 litres of juice a day (eg apple/carrot/celery & apple/lemon/ginger/parsley/celery) & lots of water & lemon water in between.
