IMO, it is not necessary to nebulize Iodine nor to paint it on your vulva/breasts.

If you insist on painting, be sure to mix (50/50) Lugols with a Carrier Oil such as olive oil or coconut oil to avoid skin damage. With the carrier oil, you can paint multiple times per day. If you insist on nebulizing iodine, start with just a drop of Lugols 2% into 8 ounces of distilled water.

Please keep us informed of your progress on your 2 conditions. Your FBD is easy... I am worried about your lung condition. I suffer asthma and have crashed 2 times from this, so I know how it is. Paraboy has been doing a great deal of research on his mother's emphysema and I think he can also help with some ideas for your lungs.

The way I healed my FBD was by doing the Iodine protocol internally + painting my breasts with Lugols 5 %. The amount is not important when it comes to painting; it will adjust itself due to the spilling. A drop or three, different spots every other day will do the trick. Helps with the pain.
Painting the genitals is an option of course, but IMO to messy. One can paint the belly if one wants to adress the organs underneath, but all will be covered by taking Iodine internally.
Lugols (5%) sticks to the skin and stay there. After drying one can apply some oil, but it is not necessary if one paint different spots / areas.
Nipples suck in Iodine like soda pop in a child, so does the areola, it is a great way to adress the issue.

Nebulizing iodine; this is painful!! -unless you dilute a lot. like one drop in an ounze.
- Aloe vera juice, iodine, a little borax, cant give you the exact amounts, you will have to experiment a bit; will give some relief.

Owners of the other Iodine site don't like Nascent Iodine or understand it at all. It maybe that they think all Iodine is the same. When I showed them the study from India where they used Magnascent iodine to treat around 500 folks tested with RDT to show malaria and then a week later around 85% were well, the other site said that Lugol's would probably have done it better. I suggested since they had made this discovery they should let the world know this (since Lugol's has only been around for almost 200 years).

I looked into this a lot as well. I have a form of asthma and chemical sensitivity. The nebulizing seemed to me to be too strong, too much.

What I've ended up doing (and I'm not sure about what I am doing!) but it could be working so far...


1 add purified water to a half cup

2 add about 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt (this takes the sting out, like what people do with a netti pot)

3 add 4 drops of Lugol's 2% solution



then you take a breath from the cup
and breathe out away from the cup
take a breath
and breathe out away
and so on


I do this slowly and gingerly so as to not irritate the lungs
then I cover the cup and then do it later in the day a few more times


you may have to change the dosages to fit your needs!
and maybe do it one day on and one day off


but in general it seems to be really helping me, without the intensity of the nebulizing if your lungs are sensitive
and hopefully with less risk

I am going to try out all of your ideas (cannot hurt).
Currently I am using:

Olive Leaf Extract with Probiotics
High dose Vit C
Fresh squeezed organic oranges each day
Vitamin D3
Manuka honey 15+
Complete complex magnesium
Nascent Iodine (20 drops a day in water - been doing this on and off for about 5 years and it hasn't helped by breast issue)

Just started fenugreek supplements, and about to go back onto using N-Acetyl Cystein (for lungs) and Idolplex (diindolylmethane for breasts). Idolplex worked for a few months then the problem came back again.

I have had the fibrocystic breasts for over 15 years and I have 6 very sore large lumps (been checked and not cancer). I spend half of the month after ovulation in terrible pain. This Friday I am going to get a hormone profile test to see where my estrogen etc is at. Then I am going to start the Iodine on the nipples.

The lungs tend to flare up with the seasons and low humidity. I try to keep my body healthy by eating a predominately raw food diet and I live right by a rain forest away from city pollution. I don't think there is anything else I could possible do?
