Just wanted to say I've started as well... and would love to support each other and talk about how we're keeping on track :)

Good luck!! The first 8ish days are the hardest in terms of hunger pangs and cravings, just take it easy and feed that feeling that every day you have done you have achieved something awesome! I found watching my weight drop in the beginning really motivating because it goes pretty fast in the beginning..

To be honest I would say the real cravings happen about day 17 because it gets SO boring not tasting things, and the want to just chew and eat something is incredible. Psychological cravings vs the 'hunger pangs'!

Just keep in mind how amazing you will feel after and be very prepared with what food you will break the fast with because you will reach for the thing you craved the most during the fast which is most likely not going to be vegan. I am currently on day 20 out of 45+ and I really really want to have a takaway pizza - I am trying to cure a Sugar and junk food addiction! I am trying to find a variety of juices and broths to break my fast on and maybe after a month of that I will reward myself with a healthy vegan version of pizza :)
