so the last 2 months of my life have been a nightmare to be blunt. i went on a trip to israel (im from the usa) and started having stomach issues there. was told it was jet lag the 1st time i went to the hospital. few days later had the same problem and was told that i had gastritis. ive had gerd issues before this but never felt this terrible.

when i came home a few days later i thought i had the flu and went to the hospital. they said it was just anxiety. went against after throwing up a few times, they gave me some meds and just sent me home again saying i was fine. went back a few days later when i couldnt swallow whole food and they just gave me more meds.

i started seeing an acupuncturist and he said i might have picked up a parasite. i started getting a little bit better (very slightly but still crappy) over 3 weeks but now i started getting worse again. im having these really gassy build ups and he thinks i have the stomach flu. im not vomiting, i only get diaherra after eating vegetable soups, no vomiting, just feeling tired and a little achy, VERY gassy, feels hard to digest food, tons of anxiety like im thinking im gunna die, no appitite i dont ever feel hungry, feeling strange to the point where i cant sit in my room and feel normal. im constantly feeling out of body which isnt normal for me.

im probably going to a gi doctor this week but just from saying can u give me an idea of whats going? its been 2 months and i feel so crappy and clueless. im barely making it to school and cant concentrate on anything. im not sure if this is getting worse or if its parasite die off, i hear of 1000 different things of what it could be but at the point to where i have no idea when ill feel normal again.

im 22 yrs old 178 lbs (lost about 12 over the last 2 months from not eating alot), perfectly healthy except that ive had some gerd issues but it was never that big of a deal like this. been taking a probiotic, multi vitamin, Wormwood and zhong yi qi tang. had blood test that came back fine, had an ultra sound that came back fine, no other issues sides my stomach now and feeling terrible.

any advance would be great. it feels like my life has gotten out of control for the last 2 months and been feeling hopeless since every day has felt the same.
