Guys!! I've been using Antibiotic and steroid for 5 months. It didn't work for me. My upper lip stayed rlly red and infected.

I've never been turned on "spiritual methods" .. but I can't see any other way out . I don't want to use steroid for long periods. I've done meditation in the sun for two weeks. The redness seems to be improving. I guess just steroid cream will not cure anyone. Btw!!! it's just my opinion. I'll keep doing meditation in the sun and use Aquaphor. Btw!! I believe the large part of EC is the ph imbalance. I've been drinking a little baking soda and like mouthwash.
