This is my first juice fast. The first two days were easy. On day 5 now and I don't feel the greatness everyone says you will feel. I am however not as tired as usual, but lot of muscle aches. Doing a lot of massage and stretching.
My goal was to lose 10 lbs in 10 days, but I lost 2 1/2 the first two days, and I'm stuck. No more weight loss for the past 3 days. Is this normal?
Hanging on and hoping it will all be worth it.
As I write my husband is watching a hot dog eating contest. The irony!

You're not doing a water fast, and are still consuming calories and sugars from the juice so weight loss shouldn't be your primary concern.
Even if you were water fasting it isn't a good idea because it slows your metabolism down so you would gain it back, plus.
Also keep in mind that everybody is different, and can have different results about how you will feel during a fast of any kind.
