I'm starting a 28 day Water Fast tomorrow and I'm so terrified yet excited. I usually stop at night but I don't want to quit this time. What should I do to stay motivated?

I read one recently called 'Maximum Willpower', it's interesting. It's quite scientific, but written accessibly, and there's tips and also explanations for why we get tempted by things, what saps our willpower and so on.
