I read these forums all the time but this is the first time I've posted anything.
I generally have a good constitution. I went on a five day juice fast and was getting incredible pain in my butt and legs. After googling I found that this is caused by toxins entering the muscles.
So I tried to find somewhere to buy an enema bag without any success. I was in so much pain I thought I'd go the next step and get colonic irrigation seeming I couldn't find a bag.
I was told to have three sessions in a row. Well after three sessions only clear water had come out. So I kept going back. On session six I had about a ten minute period where the water went brown and tiny little 'stones' and what looked like a bit of light green seaweed came through. But then went back to clear. And even on the seventh visit it was predominately clear water.
It was on open colonic. The technician said him and his supervisor had never come across this before.
I finished with a litre enema infusion of probopirics, electrolytes, etc so I know that I can hold a litre of fluid no worries. So there's obviously some room in my colon.
Any ideas though? I usually go once every two days, no constipation. My iridologist says I have an issue in my middle converse colon.
Sorry for the length of this but I am quite concerned. I was juice fasting the whole time. Could that be it?

This is a reply to # 2,104,041i juiced the other day and i wonder if it made things worse for me. they say juicing is the best crap to do for cancer and various disease... but i wonder about the parasite factor myself. if our problems are caused by parasites, wont juicing just feed them insane amounts of sugar? i dont care what kind of severe cancer you have, if you have extreme amounts of parasites, all that concentrated Sugar seems like it would just give them all the tools necessary to propigate. i've sent emails to cancertutor researchers about this and they kind of dodge the issue. they say something like, 'i know how cancer works and the sugars in fruits and vegetables are beneficial etcetcetc' ...yeah but what about parasites? heh. i'm sorry you don't need a reply like this. i have nothing to help you with. i can't even sleep. 2nd time this has happened to me now. er visits result in nothing. i don't know what to eat. i feel like all produce is loaded with parasites and all other foods are loaded with sugar. it's disgusting being stuck in this situation where no one has any means to treat or help us.
things i tried that worked in the past : Clarkia herb extracts, coq10, psyillium husk fiber cleanse, Epsom Salt flush, liquid magnesium extract, suppositories, enemas, l-ornithine (to try and sleep), melatonin (also for sleep. sometimes works sometimes not). i wish i could check myself into a parasite treatment / sleep hospital. if only such a place existed. research the supplements i listed if you haven't before, they helped me before. maybe they will help me again. maybe they can help you. good luck. i feel like this time might be the end for me.- Re: Seven Days of Colonic Irrigation... I don't have cancer but I always have been into nutrition.
I have heard indeed that juicing was ideal in case of diseases. It is a way for your body to process nutrients even if your intestinal tract is not working properly. Broth and juices go straight through the walls of your gastro intestinal tract into your blood steam.
Juicing is good, but as I indicated in my previous post on this thread, let's not forget that when juicing, we only get vitamins and minerals, and no fibers at all. To get the fibers you'd need to blend rather than juice. We need fibers to have daily bowel movements.
Now, about the content of Sugar in fruits, it is indeed important. "IF" we agree with the idea that cancer is caused by a parasite, like some sort of candida, we don't want to feed it.

As for a diet, why not try the paleo diet ? It's fraught with super food.
Green leafy veggies are good for you. Careful however not to eat too much of them as they might irritate your bowels (too much fiber will irritate your intestinal tract).

Also have you heard of "hemp oil" and of his creator Rick Simpson? This is an oil produced from cannabis. It is used with AIDS patients to alleviate side effects of medications and with cancer patients to actually cure their cancer.
The best, if you can legally grow cannabis, is to produce your oil yourself so as not to get scammed.
Those are suggestions. As I said, I don't have cancer, I am not a doctor either. I don't know if natural treatment can actually compare with chemotherapy's efficience. But if you don't feel listened to by your doctors, I advise you find a naturopath to monitor you and give you some extra support.
I also heard olive leaf extract could help treat cancer by reducing tumors. And if it doesn't, at least it will make you feel energetic again.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,104,041Did the technician make the proper abdominal massage? I went to several colonics practitioner and find out that only 2 out of seven were doing the proper abd massage.
Except constriction in the bowel she should be able to help with proper massage.

This is a reply to # 2,104,041A similar thing happened to me several years ago....I thought I was in good health, but suddenly became constipated. Nothing worked, and it was very odd because I never had any issues. I was new to enema's, but they gave no relief. I tried colonics, and was told it could take several sessions to clear a blockage if that is what it was. I had just had a CT scan at the ER which showed no blockage. The colonic therapist had not seen this either, but recommended raw garlic for the bloat until we got it figured out. On the third day of raw garlic, I passed a bundle of worms. I knew nothing of parasites at this time.
It's possible that juicing has stirred them up, they ball up in defense mode, and also release chemicals to slow your bowels down. I would definately look into parasites as a possible reason for your problems. - Re: Seven Days of Colonic Irrigation... PointFighter

Juicing may have caused constipation or the absence of feces indeed (not quite sure what's your problem).
First, I'd like to say that unless you eat very little, one bowel movement every two days sounds like constipation to me. Normally, a person should expect one to two bowel movement(s) a day.
Now concerning juicing. It is good, but don't forget you just get vitamins and minerals, and no fibers at all. To get the fibers you'd need to blend rather than juice.
We need fibers to have daily bowel movements.

It seems to me that, logically, that No fiber = No feces. It is as if you were drinking enriched water. You wouldn't expect to poo after drinking water would you ?
If your issue is constipation then I would infer that a diet of refined food + some juicing doesn't contain enough fibers and can only lead to constipation.

Those are just hypothesis but that maybe explain why you are sort of constipated or why you don't have any stool in your bowels ?

This is a reply to # 2,120,363With constipation I found that giving my digestive system a break was very helpful and for three days or so I only drank smoothies to be sure everything was really "pre-digested" and I had them at least five hours apart. This has helped the most and I have struggled with a sluggish digestive system for quite awhile.

This is a reply to # 2,124,336I had never been constipated before, and ended up severely constipated a few months ago, after a few months of constipation here and there. After some internet research, I ascertained that I either had parasites or cancer. One treatable, the other...well, not so much. So, I went on a round of anti-parasitic herbal pills in hopes that it would help. Humaworm is what I took.
About 3-4 days after starting it, I passed a "ball of worms." It is gross to mention to others, but I have been feeling tons better since the parasite cleanse.
Also, before I did the cleanse, I could eat and eat and I would lose weight, no matter what I did. IF I had a bowel movement, it was difficult if not impossible.
I hope this helps you out. There's not much to lose if you do an herbal anti-parasitic treatment. Humaworm worked great for me, but there are other ones out there, as well. I believe Whole Foods sells a product called "Para-gone" that has similar ingredients.
