I am trying to help with my experience battling a severe intestinal candidiasis myself.

If you feel you are plagued with intestinal fungus, please go straight to a very restrictive diet eating only green vegetables, eggs, white fish, and some chicken time to time.
You have to consume olive oil and coconut oil to keep your calories from these fats.

In addition to it, try to get a prescription for Nystatin powder and an azole. You should use an antifungal combination. If you will take an azole, also take Ibuprofen capsules together with the azole. I am not sure for how long is safe to take Ibuprofen but you should do it for at least one month. Ibuprofen avoids candida develops resistance to the azole.

You may take a natural antifungal or more than one. My favorites are Oil of Oregano, Cinnamon Bark Oil, and Thyme Oil. You also can take EDTA capsules by cycles.

Forget about Kefir or Yogurt during the first months of this battle. Kefir and Yogurt don't allow the treatment to be effective. Phamaceutical probiotics don't do anythin g when the yeast infection is latent. Save you money to take them one time you feel the infection is gone. They may help to regrowth a friendly bacterial flora.

Another important thing is to do enemas. Nystatin retention enemas, sodium bicarbonate enemas, and EDTA enemas work. You need to do them at least 3 times a week using a saline solution.

The treatment must be very aggressive and the diet must be respected to get results. Depend of your case and progress, you may need to follow this treatment for 4,5, 6 or more months.
