I'm so sorry you have this disease. I have lupus, which includes chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, so I do understand what it's like to have an invisible disease. Don't give up. I understand how you feel. You may find this very simple and cheap option that helped me. Take at least 10 glasses of water (filted if possible) and unrefined salt (Celtic salt or other natural unrefined salt such as Hymalian salt.

Read book or Google info 'Your body's many cries for water' by F Batmangelidj.

I mentioned to another guy on this forum, that has symptoms worse than you, that he may have a leaky gut caused by wheat. A leaky gut will allow undigested food and bad things like candida to enter your blood supply.
Restricting grains especially wheat may also help.

you will continually be tired if you Lack correct amounts of water and unrefined salt (not table salt ). Salt increases your electrolytes for energy and trace minerals in your body. Hope this helps!

I'm sorry about your condition. You said you tried psychotherapy, IMHO most psychotherapy is a huge waste of money. However the new energy therapies are very effective and a good energy therapist can guide you to total remission.

If the meds and sups aren't working, its time to try somethings else.
