I'm confused by the difference. I had a UTI (staph) a few months ago. Cured it with Antibiotics . Then I thought it had come back, similar symptoms so went to dr but told no infection, just honeymoon cystitis and that it would just go away. And it did.

Now we're trying to get pregnant so we're doing it a lot and I have a tummy ache, possibly the bladder and sometimes a strange sensation right at the lower front of my pelvis when I'm finishing urinating. No stinging or burning. I have a dipstick kit and it says no infection.

I already had uva ursi so I thought I might take that but isn't it for infection? I'm confused. Do I just wait for this to go away again on it's own?
