Okay, my BO was always kinda weird. I couldn't pinpoint what made me have it or where it came from. The only thing I knew was I had hyperhidrosis and my armpits would smell. Odaban worked to STOP the sweating but I would still get reactions. I tried Body Mint, nothing changed. However, these last two weeks have been great. I'm happier than I've ever been. I haven't changed my diet. Not only have I not been getting reactions, I'm being told (genuinely, trust me) I smell amazing (cologne). Most of you guys know what it feels like to wear deo and cologne/perfume and STILL smell awful. I've even been able to well, get intimate with a girl during these last two weeks with my insane confidence. Here's the kicker. I really only changed one thing. I got myself a gym membership and have been going 5 days a week. Now, I skipped gym for 3 days and odaban for 1 day and I got reactions...but different reactions. Instead of people holding their nose or saying it stinks, nobody really does anything. Few people say it smells weird but that's it. I smell weird if I'm sweaty and skip gym too often. So, moral of the story, get yourself a gym membership and do some cardio. If you're insecure about being around people, find a trail to run, get a treadmill, anything. I'm sure a lot have tried and didn't have results but stick with it. I'm just exuding confidence right now and I haven't been this happy in years. Age 15 btw. Also just adding, my diet has been pretty average. I eat healthy breakfast and dinner, but i eat (little) fast food for lunch and drink lots of water. Ask me anything I didn't cover. I want you to be happy.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,161,407Yes...I totally agree. People will do things that make you think you smell but be ocnfident in yourself. I know as someone who didn't really smell but thought I did. You have to go by the majorities reactions not the few. People have many reasons for doing the things they do. None of them having to do with you. In the end if you smell you know it. The little things they do means nothing. I had to learn that the hard way.

Sweating is probably the easiest way to improve Body Odor , especially when done during physical activity.
Our bodies are created for phisical activity. Our muscles and our body works the best when used.
Physical activity is the fantastic way to flush out sweat, naturally cleanse liver, bowel, kidneys and whole body.
Unfortunately, too many people forgot what muscles are for.
Some poeple think that moving a finger over iPad is enough physical activity to stay healthy.
What is best, the more you exercise, the more you can tolerate in terms of diet.
So, if you do have problems tolerating some foods, regular phisical activity can be the cure.
People who discover that they are intollerant to different foods often forget that one of the best way to cure
intollerance is physical activity and sweating.
I would stil suggest you to learn about liver flushing. Your liver may get clenased thanks to physical activity, but drinking some olive oil occasionaly may stil help.

I did use an anti malaria Antibiotic when I traveled to Kenya, but I'm not sure if that was my cause of BO.
I haven't had any injuries and I don't take any medications or supplements. I'll try the olive oil, thank you. Right now I came from running 2 miles at the gym and I'm on the bus right now surrounded with tons of people. No reactions. It's a strange feeling, like I'm waiting for just one person to say something and ruin it for me but man I feel great.
EXERCISE EVERYBODY IT WORKS WONDERS. DONT BE SHY.

This is a reply to # 2,161,616hi can you please help me I want to kill myself. I dont want to even go outside. everytime I approach someone or someone approaches me they touch their nose it makes me extremely paranoid. I constantly ask my family if I smell. god made it where I got married right out of high school thank God im 35 now or I don't think I would've got a husband if this was always the case :( I have a 15 and a 13 year old and I'm asking them on a regular basis if I smell. they are always tell me no but I really believe that they are lying to me. because right, after I will approach a stranger and. the stranger will touch their nose. every single person that I approach does it, besides my family members. I'm beginning to think that it could be my breath. I am very constipated I don't use the bathroom on the regular no more than 2 times a month maybe 4 unless I take or do something to make me use the bathroom. I really think that I stink I am so stressed out. I have now begin to ask the people who touched their nose if I smell and they are telling me no but I don't think anyone wants to tell me the truth. is that one of the reactions the touching of the nose when something smells. im missing my kids games, and some of their proudest moments in life :( im useless, and such an embarrassment. I bathe like crazy I run a kennel. could that cause my bo?

This is a reply to # 2,161,618Hi, I'm 19 years old and i have struggled with constipation but not to an extreme like yours. I think it would be best to see your doctor no matter how embarrassing it may be. Being constipated is not normal. especially, when you only have bowel movement two or 4 times a month. I know it is hard to go outside when you stink but you need to see a doctor!!

This is a reply to # 2,161,618If you are visiting the toilet once a week or once in a 2 weeks then the constipation is the cause of your smell.
What have you done to cure your constipation?
Have you tried to be physically active, like exercising regularly, every second or very day?
Have you tried to eliminate bread, cheese, milk and yogurt from your diet.
Some people have cured constipation by going on gluten free diet or even more extreme, grains free diet.
Some people cured constipation by going paleo diet.
Anyay, taking some magnesium may give some results.
You can take a teaspoon of Magnesium sulfate or magnesium chloride, or you can take a bath with Magnesium sulfate or magnesium chloride.
Liver Flush can help constipation.
FMT can help constipation.
What have you tried so far?
Double your water intake. Water, not milk, not coffee, not tea, not soda, pure water.
Eating plums can soften the stool and cure constipation.
But, diet and exercising regularly, like every second or very day is probably the most natural way to fix the problem.
The only thing you can get from your doctor is laxative, that will only solve the problem on the short run, and mask the underlying problem.

This is a reply to # 2,161,618Hi-My Dr. suggested I take a Lactose intolerance test and was tested positive. after taking dairy enzymes for 2wks I was completely odor free. Because I could not digest dairy foods I developed SIBO Small intestine bacterial overgrowth in my gut which after years cause my odor. From feces smells to garbage, rotten eggs but mostly sour milk. I went thru this for twenty years and now I am completely odor free. Please get tested for Lactose. Good luck and please let me know if you have any questions.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,161,406Hi I smelled bad for yrs until I pinpointed the smell of sour milk. I started taking dairy enzymes with every meal and within 2 weeks odor was GONE!! bacteria was building in my gut since I could not digest dairy foods so after years I began to smell of all kinds of odors. Please get tested for lactose intolerance and start taking enzymes for dairy until than. It won't hurt.
