Hey, I followed GAPS DIET for a year, it allows some fruit and cheese, and used some kefir milk as well. It kinda of worked a little, but I lost a lot of weight, and there was so much pressure from family to come back to carbs, now I'm still eating clean, but added beans, more bananas and some craft beer that I love in the weekend. I need to come back to probiotics, water kefir, because good unpasteurised milk today is hard to find.

you have some serious issues, but the trick is one wrong food and youre back where you started. gluten and candida are no joke. you need all the help you can get. i am a specialist alternative dr on the issue and have helped many get rid of such problems. ill have to send you a questioaire if you are interested in my help. Thanks for your reply, just to check, the diet you talk about is the normal anti candida right? Do you know people cured by this protocol?

Do you believe candida overgrowth can happen due to dirty colon/intestines? I followed gaps for a year and done some Colon Cleanses with castor oil, together with 2 LFs, with some good results, but right now my face is a mess. I'm gonna do a research on lugols, thanks a lot.

I agree the condition of Seborrheic Dermatitis is linked to a candida overgrowth but there are other factors also involved in the path, why that path is not told and healed by mainstream doctors and a cure both spiritually and medically, here is my testimony of somebody who has suffered from Seborrheic Dermatitis , put together what I believe is the cause, was not listened to, lost faith in the theory then found faith in the spirit with alot of other stuff inbetween not worth writing about.
