You must understand that when the immune system is sickly, it attacks the body in strange ways. Asthma and allergies are a prime example. So too is Lupus & MS. So this crazy list of candida symptoms & the 5 stages of Candida are the results of a sick immune system.

Fruit contains Sugar and Sugar feeds candida.

The strict diet allows only green apples, lemon and lime. APples are important due to the pectin they contain.

In my experience, dry lips is related to kidneys issue. An easy to do kidney cleanse in the Parsley concoction. Wash a bunch of fresh parsley with how water, put in a pot and cover with water. Boil the fresh parsley far about 15 minutes and take the parsley out to drink the 'parsley tea'. It is easy to do , not too demanding and very effective.

I tried to add fruits to my diet several times since 2013. it was a disaster, I was more tired. I understood I had to ban fruits. I can't eat even one apple. Even few fruits has a consequence on my health.
First I tried fruit juices. It was the worst. Then, I tried fruits and my health condition was not better. Once I stopped fruit, my health condition started to stabilize. Lowering the amount of carb intake is the most important.
