I'd done a lot of cleanses and zapping many years back, achieved superb health (never tired!!), perfect figure, peaceful mind, etc.

Well, divorce, moving continents, and other issues later, where for several years I totally forgot my health, I'm back to working this stuff.

I'd like to ask: while I'm sorting out which herbs / where from , etc, I'm using:

Water soluble herbal artemisia absinthius, drunk in hot water (wormwood)
In this I'm putting essential oils of Clove and Walnut.

Do you think this would help?

The local Pakistani walnut tree is variously termed Juglans nigra, juglans regia.. I'm getting the green hulls to make tincture with. Is it effective, any ideas?

Making own clove capsules.

I'm also drinking milk with ginger and garlic ground in, (good for parasites)

Using Psyllium.

Drinking Kefir, made at home.

Daily enemas (nothing much so far, only a few days of it, some buggers first day)

hydrogen peroxide and home made herbal toothpowder on teeth.

Using himalayan salt.

Till I get some medicinal clays, using multani mitti, a kaolin version also from volcanic ash, using it as I used to use bentonite

I wonder if what I'm doing is sufficient for now till round up supplies, or if these things can work?

Childhood Amalgam fillings, severaly teeth pretty much destroyed.. seeking biological dentist in Pakistan.

I had a tremendous healing crisis the first day, pain, fever, couldn't sleep, constantly running to washroom. Similar but less the next day.
