Bringing in any other form of calories, vitamins, minerals or chemicals pretty much defeats the purpose of the cleanse.
I understand there are a lot of people that drink teas like smooth move, either because the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) doesn't work for them or to aid it.
Yesterday I was far from a lemon and some maple syrup on a five hour drive and broke down and had 100% orange juice. I knew it was not on the plan, but thought it best of the options since it's used to come out of the detox. But even that was a diversion from the program and may have had some effects. Of course, I figured it was better than quitting all together.
I would definitely keep soda out, maybe trade the teas for coffee.
I think that cutting out bad food and replacing it with a lemonade meal, will do good things for you. But from what I read, to really serve it's purpose, it's all or nothing.
Anyone have advice for teas allowed?

"Eating" also includes fluids. Anything that requires digestion is "eating". Specially adding a stimulant like coffee which is also one of the worst things commonly uses that helps prevent the absorption of just about every vitamin. The Master-Cleanse work by giving the digestive system a break so the body will use the extra energy to cleanse and heal. "Anything" that you add that requires digestion will interfere with the MC

Do yourself a favor and do a little research on "aspartame" which is the artificial sweetner in diet drinks. It is trully a horrible toxic substance. Add to that all the other chemical toxic garbage in soft drinks which also really play havoc with the PH balance in your body. Like I said do some research. The internet has tons of info.

The whole point of the Master-Cleanse is to rid your body of toxins and you are talking about adding 2 of the worst offenders out there
