Can You Really Erase Wrinkles With Castor Oil?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,351,336I used this last night as with my fasting my face is starting to wrinkle, yuk. It works wonderfully. You face with fresh, alive and seems whiter, if that was possible. I did not wash it off and just let it set with massaging the oil upwards towards the hairline. I hope this helps you guys with wrinkles.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,351,336I use castor oil on my face with this harsh winter air. Taking a brisk winter walk is invigorating but can also be very damaging to skin. I also use castor oil on my hands after work because powdered gloves make my skin crack and bleed. Another good thing I do is smear a bunch of castor oil on my boobs in the sauna and put a little towel over them. It's a Cayce castor oil pack. It's not called the Palm of Christ oil for nothing. It really is a miracle oil (like olive oil).

This is a reply to # 1,351,336Some people may get clogged pores from castor oil though. It is only jojoba and emu which won't clog pores.
One thing I use castor oil for is the thickening of eyelashes, and if needed eyebrows. I use the oil 3-4 times a week, at night. If oil accidently seeps into eyes, or very close, you'll have double vision, this is the only side effect. I am amazed, friends are amazed how my eyelashes have grown longer than before, how they thickened. Visible results in 2 short weeks. You actually put the oil on a Q tip, and apply on the roots of lashes, not straight on lashes. Much much cheaper than those overpriced, so-called eyelash growers, like Jan Marini for e.g.

This is a reply to # 1,351,783wow, real good tips. I am new to this castor oil. With my juice fast and loosing weight I will wrinkle quickly so that is why I am using this. Actually I intend to get some black seed oil and use that instead but I have not gone to town yet.

This is a reply to # 1,351,808Sara, with juice fast you should not wrinkle more quickly. In fact, the opposite. By the time you finish with it, you should look like you've had a face lift. Eating only fruit, and it's juice is very very good for skin. It exfoliates, gives you plenty of vitamin C, restores and boosts collagen. Honest! Plumps up skin. This is for the face. Well, for body, it's a different story. I've ended up with sagging skin, always had firm skin. Well, you know, now I can't remember which designer said, "Ladies, make up your mind. Which would you rather have? A big bum or wrinkles? LOL. I want small bum and smooth beautiful skin!! Oh, well, life isn't perfect.

I fast about 10-20 days per quarter, then a maintenacne fast of 1 day a week. I myself have weight issues, so this not only helps there, but also maintains as well.
Now as for castor oil & wrinkles, I use a combo of: 1/3 castor oil, 1/3 extra virgin olive oil, and 1/3 virgin coconut oil. All organic, of course. Works like a charm.- Re: Can you erase wrinkles with cast... mo123

I was wondering because after fasting I do not want to go back to my old lifestyles. I fast 2 days a week normally well in Islamic fashion. I do not have food or water till sunset. So not a total fast. So every quarter, that makes sense. Thanks so much.

As such, I don't fast. In fact, I didn't even know this is the term used, until came on Curezone. For me, this is a lifestyle. Normally, 3-4 days on fruit, but if I feel I am bloated, putting on weight, even just 4 pounds, I might do it 6-7 days. I'm not great a lover of juice only, so for me, it's fruit. As you know, we've had this heat, almost unbearable, yesterday, 47C, so easy to live on fruit. For 8 days I've had only watermelon, so good. Last two days pineapple only. canned, in natural juice. Gone off strawberries. It has been months since I've had a proper cooked meal, and I don't miss eat. zi only eat that, when I go out. I try to limit eating out, which of course causes some fraction with my husband. If I am sitting in a restaurant, I cannot munch on salad, I want to eat all the offerings. This way of eating came about in 2002, when I was on steroid medication. I blew up, almost three stones, couldn't take it. So one day, digged out the book "Beverely Hills Diet", read it in half the night, and don't know what possessed me, just followed it for 21 days. Lost all the weight and plus. Since then, I am not interested in cooked food. I cook, because I have to for family, but do not enjoy it, never taste it. I feel better than in my 20's I look better, I am fitter. I still smoke though. That's something I don't want to give up just yet. I have many cups of coffee too. But drink more than two litres of water. My dentist taught me that long time ago. He is a medical Dr, but healthy living, advocates to all clients, magnesium first, and other essential vitamins, healthy eating, fasting etc. He was the first dentist if not in Aust, but at least in this State to stop using amalgam in 1983. He came from Sweden in 1982, his surgery is plastered with news clippings against amalgam use. He is not a biological dentist, just a healthy living one.
Re: oil combo, below post. This is the mixture used for Oil Cleaning Method. Plenty info on Net. Good, used it for awhile. Gives plenty moisture, but don't really know about getting rid of existing wrinkles. I got tired sleeping all greasy, ruining pillow cases.

This is a reply to # 1,352,154wow, a very interesting life you have had. Hollywood diet, what is that? I use to weigh 215 pounds and had a heart attack and the doc told me I had to loose weight, I did not listen but slowly did and I was always sick and never knew why. I loved junk food. Then before my husband died he told me it is cheaper to go on a diet then go to the doctor. So when he died I lost 50 pounds and I got down further when I came to curezone. So diet is essential to being healthy.
I so enjoy all of your post and I so enjoy all of your stories, I think I am so blessed to have you as one of my top favorite posters. Really I am blessed by your ultimate presence.

Last night I've clicked on your profile, did read your story. You've had it hard, but made a turn around, so I salute you. I've been wondering, living in California, obviously travelled, how did you end up living in Jordan? Are you of Middle Eastern descend, family, friends or just sheer curiosity? I know you have converted to Islam.
Right now, there isn't one particular place I'd like to travel, but to Dubai with an open check book would be nice. I was there in 1979, not much then though.
Write more of your background, (of course, keeping private, what needs to be) so interesting.
The diet book is called, "The Beverley Hills Diet",, written by Judy Mazel. Ms Mazel past away recently, in October. She advocated fruit diets, lifestyle. Maily pineapple, mango, kiwifruit, watermelon, papaya or pawpaw and all berries. The first edition came out in 1981. At the time, I"ve started the diet, lasted only 2 days. I was dizzy, sick. Did not read the book, just copied daily food. Can't do it like that. The secret to be able to keep going is, you have to plenty, very rarely she gives set amounts. First two weeks, mostly fruit, but in a set order. You can eat as much as you want of each, but when you switch to another fruit, you must wait 2 hours, so you digest it all, then start with other one. The next three weeks, you may have vegies, cooked protein meals, but again in special order.
People, medics, poo-poo it, but when you read the book, you realise how much ahead of her time she was. Berries, cleansing, good for joints, etc. Pineapple, anti-imflammatory, watermelon cleansing. So all these things we hear today, cosmetics having added mango, pineapple, pumpkin, is nothing new, just a new money making scheme. She's known all of this, and written all of this, back in 1981. I would send you the eating plan, but really you must read the book to completely understand, and be able to do it. It is so funny, encouraging, not written in medical terms, just simple wording. I've read it every day.
Sara, if you're willing, give me an address, P.O.Box, I have two spare copies, I will sen dyou one, you'll love it. Understand, I have no intention invading your privacy, but you of all people would appreciate this material. So, it would be my pleasure. I have four friends, who has followed this, for weightloss, and still living this lifestyle. Mind you, they're not so interested of being "healthy", just loving it.

This is a reply to # 1,352,247wow, that is absolutely wonderful. I am a American who converted to Islam, got married to an Arab. Came to Jordan with him to take care of a dying father. He dies, leaves me penniless so no choice but to make it here. Lol, At first it was extremely difficult but then realized that Allah or God had a plan. Allah is arabic for God. The people took care of me and helped me and donate to my maintenance and I am able to live a good life. Lonely, but good.
I have been Muslim for 15 years and very strict in the religion. I studied intensely after my husband died. Did you read the exerps from my book The first time I saw angels.

This is a reply to # 1,352,273Interesting, Sara. You must be a very strong person, not to run back to US, the comfortable Western life. Aren't too many places you can find these days, where community donates to someone's maintenance. Obviously, your belief, faith is very strong of Islam. Hope this will give you lots of happiness, the strength to keep going, and to go well, in the future. Why the loneliness? Limitation of other folks, isolation of area you live in, or possibly the strict seperation of men and women? So often I yearn to live alone, to have the personal freedom. I work full time in Community Care, so sometimes it would be so nice, come home, flop down, not to worry about family's needs, wants. The way I think now, as long as I have my eyesight, cannot possibly be lonely. I love reading. Perhaps, I should be careful of what I wish for!?

I have read some of your book, angels have started to interest me, especially, as 10 months ago I was told I have a guardian angel, whom I met at 16 or 17. Two people I am thinking of. One is a man and other a woman. The man's name have come up in my dealings in the past. Most recently, just over 4 years ago, when I rang Internet provider, why I cannot get on line. Operator has asked me who is Mr...? I got such a shock, told him, you tell me, accused him of muddling up my account with another one's, and promptly cancelled account. It was only after a few minutes I started to think. The aldy ahs past away three years ago, I loved her very much, her daughter is telling me, she loved me very much. Like I said to daughter, why would she look after me, when she's had such a loving family, surely she would look out for them. Daughter said, guardian angels can look after more than one person at a time. What do you think Sara? Do you know anything about this, do you have an opinion? This is a reply to # 1,352,294Well now Clarence was a guardian angel on It's a wonderful life and he was there for more than one. I am not sure but I am more intuned to think one Angel per person. Sometimes it is just one act that gets you to have a special army of angels. I do. I have thousands looking after me. I notice that when someone has been cruel, yeah, it is often, I look up to the mountains and I can see literal thousands waiting to help me. Like today and yesterday, I see them on horseback and they are bowing down to me and asking me what should they do. What do I say. Make war with those who make war with me. It is better to let Allah decide the destiny of those who offend us. Not naming names or anything but Allah is in control.
Angels are so loving and so wonderful but many angels are incharged of issuing Allah's decree and never flinch at what must be done. this is what people don't understand. So my house is Angel proof. Angels do not enter homes of people who have statues or pictures. So there are no pictures except in drawers. Angels guard us, warn us and make us feel safe.
Lonliness is a problem but here the people are so poor they want to marry me for my visa and I refuse. The old 80 year old man can marry a very young woman so that is not a problem. The country is poor. So I decided not to return to America but to spend my time working on my religion and spreading the word instead.
