I am fascinated with weight loss. The body is opening fat cells to dump it's toxins. I usually never get to lose weight with my detox buddies, because I didn't have any to lose. But I do NOW! So I'm giving you my plan for visceral fat loss :)
Many of you know me and have been following my story. Ever since Cuba, when I ate lots of gluten and dairy, instead of my typical mostly raw vegan diet, my sleep and digestion are off.
This has made it difficult to shed the 15 lbs I gained there. I'm looking to lose it to get into a couple size 5 dresses for June.
If you want to lose with me, detox style, here's our first steps:
1. A home colonic. After washing out all that mucus forming, inflammation and massive bloating from the irritating Genetically-Modified-Organisms gluten and dairy, I dropped 6 lbs in 24 hours.
Lay on your back, feeling for any tender spots in your colon. It's either inflammation- you're body is in repair mode, and will not lose weight. Keep up with colonics until the inflammation goes down.
Or it's parasites. They release a chemical that's gives you low blood sugar, so you crave sugary foods making it extremely hard to lose weight. Add food grade h2o2 to the water to kill off those nasty critters :)
2. Eat only RIPE fruit. In my case, it is frozen. For breakfast, 10 servings of fruit-
2 apples, frozen blueberries, (frozen jackfruit, mango, durian, pineapple- all from Asian markets, and warmed up)
lunch:
(also warmed up)
1/2 bag of kelp noodles. These are super high in minerals so they help you lose weight. Tons of veggies, and brown or purple rice. All warmed up with some sauce. Or you can have potatoes, but you will lose less weight.
When I go into herxheimer, I always have potatoes with lunch, because it slows down detox.
Commit to 2 baby Celery and/or english cucumber for lunch. The water, fiber and minerals sooth the colon.
(that's actually what I'm eating right now:) )
Look into soaked shiitake,and other mushrooms. They are amazing for weight loss and fill you up like meat.
If you are eating any animal products, have them for lunch, not supper. Eat only organic dairy, because the chemicals and sometimes Genetically-Modified-Organisms will irritate aerobic bacteria in your gut.
If you eat meat, don't cook it with sauce which caramelizes. Use spices, and cut into small pieces that will cook quickly.
Have veggies and rice for supper, but not potatoes. Just don't eat too much rice because of the sugar.
Eat supper at 6 and no food after. If you have hypoglycemia, it will improve as animal fat in your body goes down.
When my digestion is perfect (going to bed with an empty colon), and sleeping deeply from 10pm-4am, I can lose 1 lbs a day!
It's because I don't have hypoglycemia any more. I get 2000 calories by lunch, and don't eat til the next morning.
But if you still have hypo, you will likely binge if you don't eat supper. So give it time.
As it improves, move supper to 5, then 4 ect.
And avoid GMO- sugar, wheat, soy, junk with oil ect. I find it impossible to lose weight with these foods!
Is that far off from your diet now?
3. Can you start getting in an hour walk everyday? I'm heading out right after this :)
This is super important for weight loss because it moves your lymph (toxins stored in fat will go into your lymph).
4. Post-it notes with each pound lost, and how long it will take to get to your target.
Have 3 columns. 1st column is April 17, 18, 19...all the way to June 10.
2nd column- write your start weight for today. Then write your weight for the 18th, 19th ect losing 1 lbs a day. This is would be my ideal weight loss if my digestion and sleep are perfect. Which also means that I can stop eating at noon. We would reach our target May 2 :)
3rd column- is your weight loss count down at 1 lbs every 2 days. Many of you who are vegan and can stop eating a 5pm will fit into this group. You will reach your target May 17!
4th column- is weight loss count down if you lose 1 lbs every 3 days. If you eat animal products, and can stop eating by 6, you will fall into this category. You will reach your target by June 10th!

This is a reply to # 2,248,687Last night, I felt SO sick, I had to lay down several times because of nausea. Then it passed out of my system, and the wooziness went away.
Yesterday, I ate breakfast by 8, finished the rest of my food by 1 pm. (I had all my 2000 calories).
I fasted for the rest of the day on liquids.
This morning, I was 4 pounds down! So awesome.
Much of it was whatever was making me feel sick. Whatever it was, made my body bloat, and retain fluid and lymph. So it wasn't 4lbs of fat.
But some of it was. I lost my little jiggle of fat under my chin :)
And my love handles shrunk (that's never lymph back there).
My eyes look much better too. I'm an 'eye person'. I love iridology and have been posting my pix on my blog for years now.
My whites still aren't as white as they have been before Cuba, but I'm hoping that will change as the rest of those pounds drop.
Only 11 to go!

You lost 4 lbs in 1 day? I've been trying to lose 4 lbs (and more!) for months and months ...something has been blocking it. I've done colon cleanse, coffee enemas, d. earth, castor oil, dry brushing, sitz baths. I can see minor changes, but not like I want at all.
Any suggestions??

I think of a meadow, with little yellow and purple flowers...with a deer in the background :)
Answers:
I just use a squarish container (from a spring salad container) with warm, non-chlorine, non-fluoride water).
Add 20 drops of 10% food grade hydrogen peroxide.
And a catheder syringe from a medical supply store. It only allows you 1/2 cup of water at a time.
Take a hot bath, watch a movie :)
However, I've been using h2o2 for many years. It's better for you to familiarize yourself with it.
After you get some from the health food store, add 1 drop h2o2 to 20 drops distilled water.
Rub a bit on your hands, swish some in your mouth...when you're brave, put some on your face. It's a major beauty secret. I have glow for miles :)
When you see that your skin loves it, you'll know your colon loves it too.
Except that it also makes your aerobic bacteria so happy, while killing off anaerobic.
So the good news is: with doing all those things and you sense something is blocking movement of fat, you are probably holding on to SO much fluid, lymph, junk in your colon ect.
When you find your digestive equilibrium, you may lose 4 lbs every day...for days.
My 4 lbs was just from my last trip to Cuba :)
I expect a couple more days to have 2 lbs/day, but it will likely be 1lbs/day.
If you don't have hypoglycemia, and no nutritional deficiencies, you can get all your calories in by lunch. With no food after, your body will easily use up 1 lbs a day!
And it will be toxic fat from your belly, and wherever cellulite is.
It will preserve girl curves because they are supposed to be there.
Here's some questions:
What's your saliva PH?
What do you crave?
Is your colon tender?
How often do you go?
Do you look your age or older?
How's your hair (thickness,color) and teeth?
For my #4, post-it notes, which category do you fit into? 2 pounds every 3 rd day or faster?
Your body is holding on to toxins in fat cells because it's unsafe to release them. All those questions tell us WHY :)
This is really easy-peasy stuff. I'm not telling you how to lose weight (most girls will just lose from their chest).
I'm telling you how to get down to your 18 year old waist :)
I gained 2" from Cuba, so I'm at 32". But my real waist was 26". That's why I'm inviting girls to this post. Everyone wants the same thing :)

My Saliva PH is inbetween base and acidic
I crave salty stuff, but good salty (celtic Sea Salt )It's used to be sweets but I am not interested which is very surprising to me. Like for breakfast I will eat flourless bread with egg fried in coconut oil, tomatoes, arugula with organic mayo. That is my ideal meal!
Colon does not seem to be tender. I go about 1 good time a day, sometimes two. But I was severely constipated for over a year but was not educated fully on health, just thought oh well I need more water. Boy was I wrong. I've taken vitality capsules who are a lifesaver. They help keep me regular and so have the sitz baths I've been doing.
My hair is thick however I was losing a lot of it about a year ago until I started taking Iodine plus all the vitamins that go with it. Never ever had grey till this year. Very small amounts though.
I look younger than my age. Always have. I'm 41 but have been mistaken for late 20s early 30s.
I do drink the reverse osmosis water from our local natural health food store. Maybe I should buy distilled from now on? Didn't know it had a negative charge, good to know.
I quit fluoride months ago ... I oil pull, plus scrub my teeth with Sea Salt , baking soda or rinse with peroxide or use an all natural toothpaste with no chemicals or fluoride added.
Not sure what you mean by #4 post it.... I can't seem to lose any weight. I hate weighing myself but Im guessing I'm around 170 the last I weighed and in 5 6" If I weigh myself I focus on that weight till it drives me crazy.
I can tell I have lost fluid just not at a rate that it should be.
I walk, dry brush, rebound, enemas.........ugh.

This is a reply to # 2,248,892If you're between acidic and alkaline, you're 7.0.
That means you aren't dissolving your teeth with your saliva...that's good.
But you need to be sitting at 7.2 for detox (and to re-mineralize your teeth).
Weight loss and detox are the same thing.
Toxins are stored in fat cells. They have a positive charge. In order to be released, they need to be neutralized with a negative charge from an organic mineral, or anti-oxidant.
If your weight won't budge, this may be a factor.
If you go to my original message, I have 4 steps.
On the 4th one, if you are a meat eater (eat it at lunch), without hypoglycemia (not dizzy for at least 3.5 hours between meals), and can stop eating at 6pm, you will lose 1 lbs every 3 days.
To get through the night from 6pm til 7am the next morning, that's how much fat you will burn just to maintain body functions.
Do you fit into that category? :)
Many people crave salt because they don't have enough minerals.
Ironically, Sugar cravings are also mineral deficiencies.
Equilibrium is going to bed with an empty colon. Every meal of the day is processed and out.
This is the height of detox.
No one ever thinks about this:
Our body absorbs water from our colon. What's in our colon? For most people, it's stinky poo.
When my body found it's equilibrium, the whites of my eyes turned super white. Suddenly I was absorbing FAR less toxins, because my colon was clean and empty.
How does it affect weight loss?
Every new toxin you take in, even from poo-y water from our colon, can only be dealt with 2 ways.
It neutralizes it because you have plenty of resources (7.2PH), or it steals alkalinity from your teeth and bones.
Or it stores it in more fat! I think this is the major problem with so many people gaining weight across the world.
We are being bombarded with toxins and radiation (both with negative charges), and at the same time our soil is deplete of minerals for plants to change into a negative charge through photosynthesis.
So people either get osteoporosis with bad teeth, saggy skin, low stomach acid, and no immunity, OR they get fat. hmmm..both stink!
But you're doing so many things right!
Can you re-read my original message, and tell me what on my list can you start tonight? And what you can start tomorrow?
It's going to happen quick when you get all 4 down pat...
BTW, people hate hearing this but:
Seasalt is inorganic with a positive charge.
Salt in Celery and seaweed is negatively charged. We can only absorb minerals that have gone through photosythesis....Are you mad at me yet? haha
Not to say that our body can't cope with inorganic salt. Saline solution can be put in your veins. Our blood volume goes up, but our body doesn't make new body parts with the salt. It just gets eliminated....

I don't think I am hypoglycemic, a year ago, I may have not been able to do this ... but I am pretty sure I can now (not eat meat after lunch)
How do you suggest to reach equilibrium (emptying out the colon before bedtime?) do you have a trick to do this? PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
And it's crazy or should I say wild ... that you talk about the whites of the eyes ... this is something my older sister has, is extremely milky, beautiful white eyes that I would love to achieve. I have talked about this a lot lately. I think I have used eye drops for about 4 years now (Im sure it's toxic overload) so then I ask this......
I think the putting on weight is the option my body opted for .. my teeth are ok, my facial skin is immaculate, no zits in my life but maybe 3 or 4. BUT question is this ... my older sister is super skinny, can lose weight so fast BUT has zits all of the time ... so has her body opted to rid toxins that way instead of hanging onto weight ...??
sorry for all of the questions ... i've just always wondered about all of this and you seem to be very knowledgeable.

I've been doing marketing courses for over 1.5 months now, and all kinds of techy stuff.
I'm doing a technology fast for a couple weeks, and am SO glad to be talking to a human:)

See how you feel in the evening at 9pm. Tired? Or thinking about food?
It means that you're getting a bit too much animal fat at lunch. Animal fat coats the Sugar receptor sites on cells. You could be eating 10 servings of fruit like I do, but not using it for energy.
Think of decreasing the meat/dairy, and increasing olives, coconut oil, avocados, soaked raw nuts&seeds. But pay attention to how you feel after. Too much will make you sluggish, same with the starch.
Because my detox is high speed right now, I need to have potatoes to slow down herxheimer symptoms.
When I started them, I was eating 3 medium sized ones, and it made me tired. It's Sugar but no biological water and fiber like fruit.
Yesterday, I'm running low on food, so I only had 2 small ones. By 9 pm, I was thinking of food! That rarely happens. I stop eating at lunch, and don't think about food until I wake up hungry for blueberries.
This is also something that works SO well on my program. That long evening fast til morning actually makes you hungry for breakfast. True hunger gives you higher stomach acid, which allows you to get more nutrition from your food :)
When you can get down to your last meal at 2pm, and your good bacteria (do you know about soil based organisms?), have plenty to eat from biological water from plant foods, you will use the washroom sometime in the evening.
I've found that any food after 2 stays in me until the next day. All food takes time to process. It's also possible that meat may not process til the next day.
But one step at a time. If you were detoxing at the rate I am, you'd probably be covered in boils haha
Your body knows what it's doing.
Eye whites are a BIG part of my documentation. Whenever I have herxheimer, my whites are yellow/grey. When I feel AMAZING, you can see my whites across the room, in dim lighting.
Whites reflect how clean our dead water in our cells is. And these cells accumulate toxins if our lymph and liver are poor.
Interesting that your sister has great whites (good liver), but zits. It may be her hormones. Is her thyroid weak? Cold hands, thin hair?
You should get her on here :) I would love to interview her. VERY few people have good whites. She's doing LOTS right!
If your skin is beautiful, I CAN"T wait for you to detox! You are going to be STUNNING!
Your body is super strong if your skin is good. Detox will just bring you to your genetic ideal, which is probably jaw dropping :)
Salt is confusing because of the word 'organic'. Organic Seasalt means it has not been sprayed with any chemicals. But it is still inorganic minerals.
Organic minerals have been through photosynthesis in a plant and have that amazing negative charge :)
Don't get me wrong. I still get inorganic salt because I eat seaweed. It has organic minerals in it, and inorganic minerals on it (seawater).
So what steps can you do today?
You already do #3- walk 1 hour.
How much of #2- your diet, is similar to my program?
#1- have you even done a colonic?

My skin on my face has always been great, the rest of my body has accumulated cellulite and I've always had trouble keeping weight down since my early 20s but my eyes have always been white with a little bloodshot in there. Lol. I worked Out for 3 months ate veggies, some fruit, salads worked out 2 hours a day and got down to 105 for my wedding!!! Stress too but I don't want that way anymore I want to do it right. ( eating good fats etc)
My hormones have always been out of whack and I've always taken longer to get weight off. So it's silly when people say estrogen causes weight gain. My body has had very little if any and I decided not to take synthetic hormones. Anyway As for my sister, she can walk for a week and shed weight like crazy. I walked all summer last summer and barely saw results. She is thin and eats whatever she wants but only when she's really hungry. And yes her hair is thin but mine is thick. The skin on her body is amazing and she's 43 and looks 30s but it's her facial cyst like zits that drive her bananas. We have discussed her maybe having thyroid issues and I feel the same, I've felt a nodule in my thyroid but it has gone way down since Iodine and eating good fats. But She always wants my hair and I always want her bod! The ease of shedding weight!! That would be a dream come true. I def am not skinny but I don't look overweight either. Just a bit on the healthy side but I want to be slim.

This is a reply to # 2,249,042I crashed with CF/F about 4 years ago. It was either sink or swim, in my case, be bed-ridden with constant infection, and age very quickly, or learn what I did wrong.
Lots of people don't want to hear this, but if you suddenly come crashing down, something in your lifestyle did it.
For me it was 3 rounds of fluoride Antibiotics , massive chemicals from living in Asia, radiation from living on the 10th floor, and extreme stress.
I'm SO interested in detox. I'm an artist, and convinced that all human faces and bodies are based on PHI. Everything that we consider beautiful is based on the 1.61803399 ratio.
I've watched my reflection become more PHI.
I'm actually less excited about people feeling better, than their genetics get back to PHI :)
I'm also very interested in color. I believe that each human 'package' is in it's best colors, if it's at it's perfect balance.
We often see it in children. The highlights in their hair go perfect with their eyes and skin.
I've been anxiously waiting for my hair to go back to light buttery blonde (or at least highlights) like it was when I was 4. (It's dark neutral blonde with gold now).
I believe blondes going dark is toxin buildup. I have no proof until my hair does it:)
Long story short, I've been gathering information from every person I have the privilege to watch detox. It's helped me see so many patterns :)
So my questions are:
-when you got down to 105, was your face young and pretty or tired looking?
-were your eye whites whiter than now?
-were you hungry a lot, using willpower to control your eating?
-do you have hair growing on your chin? (sorry I have to ask to see what kind of hormone imbalance)
-do you sleep well, and in pitch dark?
Thanks for mentioning cellulite! That means your body is very specific in putting as much fat as it can into one place. As you get into your detox groove, you will daily see your cellulite shrinking, as toxins are removed.
That will be so stinkin exciting! Keep me posted on that one! I don't have cellulite except one dimple, so I missed out on that fun part of detox :)
You girls must have really good genes and/or long time healthy lifestyle.
Usually when people come to me to detox, they already have bad skin AND bad hair.
Here's a list of what I believe, off of your list. Anything you want me to elaborate, just let me know:
-rain is perfect for exercise and detox because it has extremely high negative ions in it
-gyms are horrible environments to detox
-organic celtic Seasalt is still inorganic minerals that your body needs to use up it's own organic minerals from diet or teeth and bones to get it out, thus creating a deficit
-add dark berries for breakfast, and fat when most of the fruit is digested
At the end of this day, were you hungry? Did you get in all the calories you normally would.
This is so important. My plan turns us into a PHI figure (for me it's 40-28-40).
If you are hungry in the evening, your body will go straight for soft fat from your chest. We don't want that...
What is so amazing about detox is:
Beauty, weight loss, and energy gains are all detox.
A girl can be doing the same plan, but doesn't need to lose weight. She will just keep commenting how she's getting prettier.
(BTW, my eyes are so sparkly today, and the bluest since I got back from Cuba!)
The same with someone with low energy. They follow my plan, and turn their 1 hour walk into 2- 1 hour walks, and feel amazing. But maybe they had no weight to lose.
But for you and I today, we still have toxins sitting in fat cells. So we are weighing ourselves :)

This is a reply to # 2,249,316We do have good genes, even though later on in my life I feel like I got the shit end of the stick compared to my sisters, they stay trim without even trying. Me, I've had to work at it when I got into my late teens. I could lose 25 lbs in 3 months by 2 hour workouts & eating chicken and veggies. Their weight has always been consistent no matter what they ate, yes maybe a few lbs, but nothing they could not shed within a week or two.
WEIGHING 105: When I got to 105, I looked in-between healthy and tired, but at that point in my life, I had SEVERE anxiety, to the point where I couldn't function day to day. But now, I am so over that, thank God.
WHITES OF MY EYES: I would say they were white during that time, but not like glow in the dark white.
I've never heard anyone talk about the whites of the eyes until you, being apart of detox/weight loss. For about 3 years now I have used eye drops to keep my eyes white, up to twice a day but effects ...VERY temporary.
BUT SOMETHING ON THE INSIDE OF ME HAD TO HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH ME ... this interests me so much. I just thought I needed eye drops NOT EVEN THINKING THAT MY BODY WAS TRYING TO TELL ME .."HELLO, SOMETHING AIN'T RIGHT HERE, HELP!" Amazing how the body is trying to speak if we would just listen!
HUNGRY: yes, I was hungry when I was trying to get down to 105, I was CONTROLLING MY HUNGER. But I was also filling up on good things like veggies, baked potatoes & chicken/tuna. BUT NOT FATS OR SWEETS EVER DURINT THAT TIME.
HAIR ON MY CHIN? Never.
SLEEP WELL? Not before I did a parasite cleanse earlier this year, I hardly slept at all, woke up constantly. Now I sleep better than I have in a while ... last night I didn't wake up at all, we took the Cell Phone s out of the bedroom too :)
GOOD GENES? OR GOOD MOMMA? My mom is one of the reasons we stayed healthy, her dad owned a tomato canning business in the 30s/40s. HE WARNED HER ABOUT TOXINS & CHEMICALS being put into foods and he was extremely concerned about it ... so from then on, mom knew what to watch out for.....
But as kids, mom would not let us have much junk food at all. If we got something sweet, she made it. But I would have to go to my friends house to even know what junk food was.
Mom made all of her own sauces, NEVER FROM A CAN OR A JAR! I would open my lunch box and there was homemade chips she made the night before, I was so embarrassed, but looking back on it, 100% GRATEFUL.
We were all super fit as kids, we played outside on bikes, wiffel ball until we could squeak out all the dark we could. I ATE LIKE A HORSE AND DID NOT GAIN ANYTHING BUT MUSCLE.
Coke was forbidden until we begged so finally in our teens, cola was introduced.
BUT I DO NOT DRINK SODA, EVER, HAVEN'T IN 15 + YEARS
I always ran around barefoot as a kid, still love it.

No fats may have contributed to anxiety! Before my program came together for me, I would try to drop plant fats. Within 2 day, I lost my motivation and creativity!
Now I eat nuts&seeds, durian, coconut oil, AND avocado every day! But it's all in my tummy by noon!
And I'm still lost 5 pounds in 5 days.
So your hormones aren't estro/progest based...so something else is going on...hmmm

Salt's not bad. It's just rough on the body. Too many people believe it's a health product. But it's actually been used as a preservative. Bugs won't eat it...telltale sign.
Don't eat more for the sake of getting in calories. Only eat when you are hungry.
We want to wake up REALLY hungry. So being a tad hungry before bed, but not overly hungry in the morning, means you got enough calories the previous day.
Just remember, my program works because you are getting all your nutrition, and all food your body needs. Calorie restriction ALWAYS fails!
(Calorie restriction means you are hungry but not giving your body what it wants. It doesn't mean restricting pizza..haha)
Oh I forgot about parasite nests. If you only pass one, it's hard to tell. But if you have 5 perfectly shaped, replicas of a certain shape, and floating because they are made from mucus, that's not undigested food.
The nests I passed a couple days ago were too big to swallow (if they were undigested food)
They might not be where parasites lay eggs (a real nest), but when you see parasites in them, you'll call them a nest too :)

yes, I know this is playing a factor, probably making it a little tougher on me to lose?? not sure, God I would love to know if you could figure that part out! I started my period once when I was 13 and it stopped. Refused the dr. till I was 17, tested and they said it may be my pituitary and that my ovaries were probably not fully developed. Shoved birth control in my face, took them for about a year and had periods , HATED the way they made me feel and stopped ... thus, my periods stopped.
Went back at age 26 (totally different DR.), they did the same thing, shoved birth control and a whole lot of it my way, probably more than 2 years worth ( i often wondered why it was FREE!?? hmmm.)
Anyway, I have not had a period since I quit using birth control at the age of 18 ( I am 41 now) AND THE DRS. ANSWER TO IT IS TO TAKE BIRTH CONTROL, SO MADDENING! ESPECIALLY PEOPLE THAT NEED HELP and they pull a blanket over the real issues.

This is a reply to # 2,249,700That's SO interesting! All kinds of things are happening that should make you age like crazy, and have bad skin and hair, hair growing in weird places, BUT YOU DON"T.
All I can think of is for you to read my post on lunaception. It helped me get my period in line with the moon pattern. We are supposed to ovulate on the full moon and get our period on the new moon.
It may be part of the issue :) Who knows? But make sure you keep us posted. Enquiring minds want to know :)

This is a reply to # 2,248,851Day 3 and I am visually thinner. However, the scale doesn't show it.
I expected this. I am lighter- I expect 1 lbs gone. But I am holding on to a 'buffer' for dear life :)
This buffer is mucus and lymph. Even though I'm only 4lbs down with 11 to go, my body is into 'pre-Cuba mode'.
Just before my vacation, my detox was HIGH speed. Every time, I used the washroom, I oozed the smell of plastic!
I have been chemical free for 10 years now, so much of that plastic smell is toxins from I accumulated somewhere in my 20's.
These toxins are nasty, and irritating. So the body wraps much of it in mucus, or bloating.
I fully expect in a couple days to lose 2-3 lbs.
I won't be losing tomorrow. Tonight I will be going out for supper, and it may involve nachos :)
This is important to know:
If you eat starch (especially potatoes, pasta or corn) which turn to sugar, and eat animal products (fat) for supper, you won't lose weight on my plan.
The weight loss happens at a rate of 1 lbs/day when you use up all the fat and Sugar from your morning and noon meal.
Through the night, you will go into your own fat reserves.
Having a bit of rice (especially brown/purple) and veggies, have little Sugar and no fat, ideal for weight loss.
Tonight I won't lose weight because I will have both fat(cheese) and sugar(corn nachos). :)

I'm mostly raw vegan. I eat 10 servings of fruit in the morning. For lunch, I have about 10 servings of veggies, purple rice, natto, seaweed/miso ect.

This is a reply to # 2,248,687I forgot to mention FAT! For lunch, I have avocados, olives, soaked raw nuts and seeds, and coconut oil on my potatoes (along with black pepper and ketchup-yes it has sugar).
Some days I have all of those fats, some I only have my nuts and seeds. But I always have some fat at lunch, otherwise I'll be hungry in the evening.
Try not to have hardly any fat in the evening. It will make you lose so much more! - distilled water #140489

It has a negative charge that will pull out all inorganic mineral sitting in your thyroid (fluoride- making you not lose weight), pineal gland (poor sleep, low energy), liver (slow metabolism), and even in muscle and tissue.
