So now I've titrated the Boron up to 9 mg, but it's making me feel awful. I've also bumped up the Iodine to 400 mcg.

Some bad side effects:
- muscle soreness like the flu
- feeling nauseous
- feeling depressed
- over-emotional, cry at the drop of a hat

What is this? Herx reaction???
I have Sjogren's Syndrome.

- 9 mg Boron
- 2.5 mg pilocarpine 8x daily
- 2.5 mg Dhea
- 400 mcg iodine
- evening primrose oil, fish oil, vitamine E oil, Vit B + C, low dose calcium, 750 mg magnesium, potassium, zinc.
