Hi I am a 27 year old male and have had previously been infected with pin and tapeworm simultaneously.

Just a quick intro, I have been bodybuilding for 5 years so contracting parasites affected me in many ways. I lost 13 kilos (28 lbs) because of this and was unable to put weight on without eating excessively.
I consider myself to be an extremely healthy male and figured that my immune system would take care of the problem along with a little help from some deworming tablets from the pharmacy. Although symptoms would clear up for a week tops then i would be sick again.

All the symptoms i experienced were
1.Weightloss
2.lack of mental clarity
3.Intense constipation
4.Chronic and very bad fatigue
5.Itchy anus
6.Unprocessed stools
7.Chronic black bags under the eyes
8.Cramps and very serious bloating

My social life was ruined as i could no longer see girls and attend social events. This went on for a WHOLE YEAR, my body had slowly deteriorated over this time. However after a year of being a Guinea pig to myself i have come up with a method to get rid of them.

What you will need:
1. Pumpkin seeds (ALOT, 500grams -1kg)
Pumpkin seeds are the foundation of this program as they are responsible getting rid of eggs and paralyzing the worms.

2. Raw garlic cloves (2-3 per day)
This one is obvious, raw crushed garlic contains a chemical called allicin which assists in killing the worms. Garlic capsules and supplements do NOT contain allicin so don't bother with them. In addition you'll need alot of chewing gum and deodorant unless you like smelling like a garlic.

3. Coconut Oil (2-3 tbl spoons per day)
The natural healthy fats in coconut oil provides a great combat for parasites

4. Fresh lemon or lime (0.5 - 1 lemon/lime per day)
This isn't really required but will certaintly help with 'starving' the worms as it will make them difficult to feed in a clean environment.

5. (OPTIONAL)(Deworming tablets from Pharamacy (Mebendazole or Pyrantel Embonate)
The tablets definitely speed the process up but remember they will not kill eggs. The Pyrantel wasn't enough for me paralyze all the worms.

6. A relatively healthy diet
The food you eat daily should ideally be high in fibre (it'll help push out will the worms so you dont get constipated), low GI food and lower your sugars (yes it will be hard for the sweet toothers out there) and LOTS of water.

7. A blender
To blend the pumpkin seeds up!

METHOD:
Here i will explain when to take the ingredients and things you should do to avoid having a retro-infection.

PLEASE NOTE that deworming is a difficult process and requires a lot of willpower, If the method is followed 100% correctly i guarantee you will be completely dewormed in 2 weeks max.

STEP ONE: In the morning before work on a EMPTY stomach i'd consume 1-2 garlic cloves and 1 table spoon of extra virgin coconut oil.

I'd simply eat 1 clove at a time and use a nice drink (or icecream) to help with the burn. You can chop and crush the garlic to make it easier.

Same with the coconut oil, although personally I dont mind the taste of it so i put 2 tablespoons in my tea with lemon as my wake up drink.

STEP TWO: Blend up about 50-75 grams of pumpkin seeds with water.
NOTE: 50-75 grams of seeds makes 1 GLASS

I like to have 2 separate glasses and store one in the fridge for later in the day.
Consume atleast 2 glasses of pumpkin seeds per day. (Anytime really, i did it at 6-8pm though)

The idea here is you want enough seeds going through you daily so they can shovel off the eggs attached to your intestine.

STEP THREE: Take deworming tablets, rotating every week until symptoms clear.
During this program i took 2 tablets of 100mg mebendazole daily for 3 days. Took a week off then repeated.

Again this defintely helps with speeding up the process, without the tablets it could take up to 2 weeks+.

STEP FOUR: Before bed, repeat step 1, Although you don't have to be on an empty stomach for this. Consuming some more pumpkin seeds is also a good idea here too.

STEP FIVE: During the day make sure your consuming lots of water and fibrous food as it will assist with your bowel movements.

STEP SIX: Maintain a high standard of hygiene. You all know what to do here.

RESULTS:
Initially i thought only had pinworms, however after 1 week of following the program i woke up on day 7 and passed a few worms that were 4-5 inches+!!!!
After 7 days i'd say symptoms cleared up to about 50-60%, with all symptoms still being present but just not as bad as there originally were.
Please note that in the first 7 days the symptoms may feel like they are getting worse but this is just from some of the worms dying and were not passed. The toxins emitted from the worm decomposing will definitely make you feel worse, however this is just temporary.
After 14 days symptoms were 90% clear with the only thing being present were the bags under my eyes. I continued the program for a full month just to completely make sure they were gone.
It has been 1 month since i have been completely parasite free, I have put on 5 kilos (11 lbs) so far and i couldn't be happier.
