Yes, take Boron every day and it definitely helps (by holding onto estrogen).

My wife has had very good success supplementing with boron, wild yam, and maca. Sometimes it takes finding the right doasage to get rid of the excess estrogen. You may need to experiment with these until you find the sweet spot. Dosages on the bottles are usually the minimum amount. My wife has to take double the dosage for this stuff to work but now her hot flashes are almost completely gone.
