Betcha you dumped a decent amount of bile right then and there to get the stomach moving quite so well.
The fact that your face felt better hydrated points to activity in the lymph nodes.
Continue what you're doing, if it's having that effect!
The lymph system drains to the pores (sweat), kidneys and liver. It will need lots of drainage to get that effect to stick longer and longer (the feeling of healthy skin), and a good diet. :-)
Did you have any choline (eggs, herbal supplements, coffee enemas, ox bile, b-complex), folate (kale, spinach, dark greens, herbal supplements), or magnesium / phosphate-rich foods or supplements in the 12-24 hours before your stomach moved like that?
Sometimes the body will take some time on a supplement before it has gathered all the resources it needs to make a trash dump. I can see from your posts in this forum that you have been trying b-complex supplements, those usually have folate and choline in them.
Not being able to use b-complex vits well means you need magnesium with them.
Choline: Main ingredient in bile, necessary for processing fats from diet
folate: necessary for reducing toxic element in blood homocysteine to it's components, to keep liver and body tissues healthy
magnesium: Helps move nutrients into and trash out of the cells, +lotslots more in the body
