I wrote a post a while back advocating everyone to chill the f*** out and I just wanted to check back in and say that this is still working great for me.

I moved back from South America to Florida (where I first developed symptoms) and still everything is going great.

To be clear, the most important thing is to not manually peel your lips under any circumstances. I read a post a long time ago that suggested going on a "mirror diet" and I think this is just about the best advice anyone could give. If you're like me, think about all the time you've wasted over the years staring at your lips in the mirror and you'll know that something is definitely wrong there.

The only other thing I'm doing is avoiding all lip products. I don't know, maybe I have a glycerin allergy or some sh** that was magically triggered by accutane. I don't think so though and either way I honestly don't care. All I know is that this has worked for me. It takes time so be patient.

I've been reading this forum for a crazy long time. I firmly believe this is the only way to end this for most of us.

If you're interested in this idea, I highly recommend going back and reading over monsterlips posts about her japanese treatment. My method is pretty much her method with a different name (Spoiler alert, she was "cured").
