So I’ve done some extensive research into the specifics of my issues, and I’m going to try to be as thorough as possible so hopefully someone might have some suggestions.

Here’s a quick rundown of symptoms;

Cramping lower right quadrant of abdomen below navel, almost feeling like it’s in my waist sometimes. It varies how t feels (sometimes sickish, sour, sore, aching) but the most consistent pain is a gripping cramp there that is very distracting, I’m literally unable to get comfortable in any position and standing for long periods is especially brutal, laying down provides no relief. I usually have 3-5 BM’S in the morning, this may present minimal relief, sometimes not. But soon as I eat something the gripping cramp returns and will grow steadily worse as the day progresses, I’ve tried several things (supplements) to alleviate this…nothing helps once it starts, period.

Brain fog, poor concentration, irritability, terrible memory; feel like I’m in a haze of confusion most of the time. Only thing I’ve found that helped this was vitamin c…but that wore off and now all it does is irritate my stomach.

Burning pain in right shoulder/gastritis, I have had tests for H Pylori, which have come back negative, just irritation of stomach lining was found, prescribed acid inhibitors, did not take.
Frequent regurgitation, some nausea.

Things I know for certain I have (tested);

Gastritis, SIBO

Things I have tried;

Probotiotics, I can not tolerate these AT ALL, no supplements of this kind help, always make things worse. The last one I took made things especially bad, I’m still suffering from increased cramping throughout my upper and lower abdomen due to it. For a week and a half solid I was having very painful bowel movements, and gas pain that always made me feel like I had to go even if I did not in my lower abdomen, it was HELL.

Antimicrobials;

Apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, olive leaf extract, pau d’arco, goldenseal, grapefruit seed extract, Ceylon cinnamon, uva ursi, oregano oil…not sure why any of these are touted as being beneficial all they ever did was irate my stomach and make me constipated.

Other issues of note;

Malabsorption problems, foul smelling/yellow stool…these episodes usually follow some really bad, nauseating pain or cramping, and have been much more frequent since the last probiotic I took (Lacto and Bifidum, 2 strains only, 15 billion I think) One particular time I was passing nothing but gas for a solid minute before at last going…I kid you not, nonstop, really freaked me out, not to mention smelled horrific.

I have had my gallbladder removed…naturally everything got worse shortly afterwards and I’ve been suffering for two years straight. Probably should’ve seen a red flag when the guy who removed it stated before I even had the surgery that people always complain of bile salt diarrhea…but he didn’t believe in it despite all the testimonials from people.

What I’m looking for;

I suspect I have some biofilms that’re keeping everything I’ve tried from working, as well may be why probiotics don’t help, is there anything I can take to break biofilms that wouldn’t be too harsh on my stomach? It’s very sensitive I can’t even take Betain else it burns horribly and I get reflux, ACV does the same now too. It’s very frustrating, I’ve researched this but there’s so little on it, and I’m not sure what would be best for my particular issues.

Please, please, please…WHAT can I do to stop this gripping cramp below my navel? It’s literally taken over my life and it gets me so upset because it hurts so much, I can’t do anything or enjoy anything. With Christmas coming up I love to decorate, and I can’t see enjoying it having to struggle through this…please, any advice with this would be such a blessing, I need this to stop. Why does it cramp so much? Stool, gas? I really don’t understand it…how do I get rid of what’s causing it?

Would digestive enzymes be at all beneficial? Most ones I’ve tried irritate my gut now, I can’t take anything and if it’s irritating my gut then even if it digests food I’m still going to feel miserable.
