Hello!
I'm in the first days of embarking on a parasite cleanse/biofilm/candita breakdown.
I was hoping people could check my plan to see if it looks okay, or to recommend favourite links to info and protocols.
In particular I'm interested/concerned about how long I should be taking Wormwood for and what 'rhythm' I should use, i.e. how long to pause and then when to resume - I'm assuming this whole thing will take ~ 3 months.
In the morning I'm taking enzymes to break down the biofilm, (Interfast) with 1/2 tsp chlorella & vit. C
Then 1/2 hour later taking 15 drops GSE.
I'll rotate this every 5 days - oregano oil, cinnemon, pau d'arco.
I know with anti-fungals you should start slow and increase, but if I'm using them for such a short time should I do that too, or once my system's used to having a high dose of anti-fungals, just go onto the next one at a high does?
1/2 hour later 1tsp apple pectin to bind and help take out the toxins etc.
At the moment I'm doing this once a day - should I increase it to twice?
B'fast - 2 tbsp desiccated coconut & coconut kefir. Will add some pumkin seeds to the mix.
I'm using a w'wood, BWH & clove tincture, 30 drops once a day (1ml)
In the eve a tea from w'wood, fennel, cloves and milk thistle.
I'm planning to ramp up the tincture to 2ml after a few days and then stop after 10.
Or, I could take it for 5 days, take a break until the days leading up to full moon and start again. I've heard it's best to intensify the anti-parasitic herbs around the full moon and started on the new moon. Is it better to keep going with them for 10 days or to use the herbs over the full moon?
I'm also taking NAC to help with the die off in small amounts, curcumin, vit C, Iodine & selenium.
Castor oil - 1tsp in warm water for 1 week, 2tsp for 2weeks, 3 tsp for week 3 & 4.
D.E - 1 tbsp 2 x a day, increasing in week 2 to 2 tbsp x 2 a day.
I'm planning to do enemas as often as possible, 3-4 times a week. Do I have to do it more? What are the implications on gut flora to do it so often?
Any advice really appreciated - thankyou!

My advice is to get checked for parasites by a doctor and do several rounds of tests as you can get false negatives. After knowing what parasites you might have, treat each one the way they need to be treated with prescription medicine and natural medicine. Some may be worms or bacterial and need different medicine. When it comes to parasites, you won't ever be able to treat anything else until those are gone. Get tests afterward to know if they are gone. Once gone, then you can do any other cleanse afterward.
My core advice: take the prescription medicine to get rid of parasites - they are very hard to get rid of and may travel your body to hide if given enough time to run away. I would also take the medicine longer than needed. Every parasite has its own life cycle with when they lay eggs and you can't get rid of the eggs, only the adults, so you may be getting rid of parasites for a couple months. The downside is cost of medicine, but hey, it's your health...
About me: I had two different parasites that I cleaned out months prior to doing candida diet and cleansing and am doing very well.

This is a reply to # 2,292,553Looks like you have a good plan going. You can tweek it after you get started if you feel like you need to.
The one thing I might add molybdenum. It helps convert the Acetaldehyde toxins to produced by candida, especially when dying. It's really made a difference for me.

I've only got started with doing enemas myself and from what I've read, it's generally safe enough even if you do it regularly but most of the time use just distilled water or saline, instead of the harsher stuff.
my position is don't do enemas unless you have a good reason and candida sufferers have a good reason! Any way you can get the toxins moving out of your body as quickly as possible is a good thing.
I'm worried about destroying the flora in my colon with frequent enemas, but I've seen that some people actually give themselves kefir enemas to replace flora. That's not a bad idea.

This is a reply to # 2,292,553Kill the parasites with herbs (I use capsules versus tinctures because they always seemed too weak. I'd do 7 of the Wormwood and Black-Walnut hull and two doses of 4 each twice a day for cloves), but you really need to use a zapper also.
Worm wood is safe as long as you don't take a half of bottle. It's plenty safe for Dr. Clark's recommended two week cleanse. I take it every week, sometimes twice a week for maintenance (better part of going on 14 years now). Never had a problem.
Stay as far away from any pharmaceutical 'drugs' aka poison as possible. Zapping far more safely kills the ones outside the digestive tract, despite all the naysayers here whining how they don't, because they either use them wrong or their problem isn't actually parasites and so of course zapping won't work. If you use the poisons, you have to heal twice as one doc said. Once from the sickness, once from the 'drugs'.
Assume you have parasites--which kind doesn't really matter if you do Dr. Clark's protocol. This stuff doesn't need to be such a a huge fiddle fuss hassle obsess your life kinda thing as you're making it (Mattk3, is that you?)
And don't assume all your problems are diet or parasites. You may well be toxic from your environment also. So if your problems persist, look to your personal care items, your apartment/house, or car, your work place, etc. Dr. Clark actually covers a lot of that kind of info too, in her book 'cure for all diseases' downloadable here for FREE.Advertisement
