*** HELP PLESAE !! YEAST OVERGROWTH OR PROBIOTICS TOO MUCH OR DIE- OFF??? ***

Hello my friends I am new here !

I had for about 1 week goose bumps & chills, all over my body intense itching on skin all over body especially my skin on stomach. There are NO patches ... skin is fine looking.

The past several days I have eaten tons of garlic, taken LOTS of probiotics (5 Lac), wild oregano oil mixed with water to drink, tea tree oil topically, eaten very little no carbs, no Sugar diet past few days.

***HELP???*** I am worried -- is it too much acidophilis (pro-boits) or is it just yeast die-off? Sometime the skin sensations feel like little "microscopic critters" swimming around! Yikes! Better explanation feels exactly like FIBERGLASS.

I had a simular yeast infection about 3 years ago and I watched my diet carefully AND used Sensun Blue on my stomach, chest etc. It went away in about 1 week to 10 days or so.

Appreciate any advice, input, it is actually kind of scary. BTW I started drink about 8 - 10 cups of water a day.
