I felt this page needed another positive reinforcement.
However the results I am reporting are not enforced, but spontaneous. We need to stop question the healing faculties of our bodies. We need to trust more and have more patience.
I estimate my pain and discomfort now to be at about 90 % compared to pre-fast. For me this is huge. I know that fasting regularly will bring me full healing. I don't doubt it. And when the day comes - I will post it here,
I plan on fasting a total of 80-90 days in the next year-to 18 months. I may need less until full healing, if I can handle the palpitations, shortness of breath and muscle spasms I tend to experience during fast. These will be my duration limits. Until I have no limits.
Right now I'v completed the re-feed & I Feel stronger than before. My neck and knees are definitely stronger, but I don't forget to rest them enough, because they've been abused and achy for a very long time beforehand. Overall I am more mobile than pre-fast.
I've got also few other bonuses: no more sinusitis; my skin peeled off and renewed completely about 10 days into feeding, my digestion is better now. The adhesions which used to bother me a lot, have not troubled me thus far after breaking the fast. A look better, I look somewhat younger. I have much less cravings. A tooth that was about to get serious problem, doesn't bother me anymore. I feel more at peace with myself.
I have already put all the lost 8 lbs back, which was wanted. I am now stocking on good minerals for the next fast, good fats and good nutrition in general.

I am thrilled to hear the benefits you experienced.
I totally agree, we need to trust our body to heal itself, given the time. Agree about "listen to your body" as well, but this is a learned behavior, many of us do not hear the inner voice. Our body has a system, which is constantly telling us what is right and wrong for us, not only about health and food, but daily life in general. It is the instinct that we developed 6 million plus years ago when we lived amongst all other animals and didn't have four walls around us. This listening to your body cannot be taught, but practiced.

I have been doing a new experiment on my body for last week. I have been taking Boron (Borax), in my water. Boron is very alkalizing and in my water pH test it scored 9.5pH. So it has to be taken in very small amount. 1/8 teaspoon of food grade Borax in one liter filtered or distilled water to be consumed through the the day, 3 days on two days off. This helped me a lot with my knee joints cracking when going up and down on stairs. I have not noticed any other benefits, yet, but I will post when I do.
Perhaps you may want to try this remedy. I think we have a forum for Borax, Ginagirl is an expert on this subject.

I thank you so much for writing about the Borax therapy. I will definitely try it. I got Borax just now, but it isn't "food grade"; I think though it its the same quality. It is slightly sweetish, a bit reminiscent of bicarbonate, not quite the taste of bicarbonate though. Who knows - maybe this was the link I have missed so far ...
I've got nearly every symptoms they describe as in Boron deficiency.
I'll also check the pH.
How long have you been taking it now?
You are saying it right: We've been having this constant feedback, the voice of our bodies, already imprinted in us so long ago .... the more chemicals and medications we ingest, the more confusing or thwarted the feedback. Fasting resets a good deal of this feedback. It is an art to listen to it and understand it and make up for the silence of this voice, when we can't hear it :)

So I have been doing the Boron protocol for 6 days. I have started very low. I put one teaspoon in two liter water. I consume about 2 tablespoon of that water in 8 oz glass of water, but it has made a huge difference in my joints. I am also drinking this water before bed and when I wake up. I am not following the protocol, in which they say to drink it with food.
I am also studying the ozone therapy, and I feel you will definitely benefit from it. You may have seen these videos, I will start with the first one I saw, it is just amazing.

I also checked the longevity resources website. It looks like they are a great producer. Did not see pricing of their machines, however.
I wonder if food grade peroxide will have most of the benefits of the ozone therapy. While waiting to be able to do ozone.

I've returned to taking D.E. (diatomaceous earth) in a glass of water with a bit of lemon in the AM.
I just realized, just writing this post, was feeling off for a few days, took the DE today, and feel much better.
Only did a short Wfast this christmas holiday period.
3-4 days, but even a short one is a good reset. would like to do
another, about a week. maybe this month. If only people knew how good they are--but it's as we all know, and it bears repeating--you must remineralize with very good food, good phytonutrients--you need a plant-based diet. and plenty of water. No soda! I am always amazed to see people still buying a lot of soda, drinking lots of Coke...

you know, i so don't keep track anymore, i'm not even sure! After the 29 and the twenty-one days, (back about 6 years ago) which were the real challenges, i haven't really kept notes. and having that chunk of time feels like it was such a rarity. seems like another world!
I'm guessing it's only maybe two-three weeks total
divided up. 3-7 days feels about the limit, these days. I do sort of miss the feeling of about fifteen days in, that feeling of freedom and well-being, but i'm not sure i could even go that long, anymore. or need to?
feels like there just isn't so much to get through, having well passed 'a day for every year'. i'm quite interested in building up now. like, with good, tonifying herbal infusions, and maybe doing
a master cleanse -with blackstrap molasses. i'd also love to do a juice feast...that's what i'd do if i came into a windfall..
lately i've been so into ginger, i candied it over the holidays, with evaporated cane juice--and a chutney i make with cilantro,
jalapenos and coconut, and let it culture a little. it's like my winter 'salad', almost.

Great link for Borax. I was wondering why bathing with borax is dangerous and ingesting is not. I would think if we keep the same ratio as drinking Borax water it should be fine.
Most US bath tubs hold 80 liter water, if we would add 10 teaspoons of Borax to it, it would be 1/8 teaspoon per liter. I am going to try this today. I have a feeling that my skin will get smoother.
Damn sodas, I have to put up with people offering me soda every single day, especially at work, even though they know I am a raw vegan and don't consume junk. But they insist. Two days ago one gentleman was so excited with my use of Himalayan salt in my salad, he asked me if he can take some salt from me, I said sure, he added half teaspoon to his Coke and said this was most awesome drink and started sharing with messaging you're gonna love this, I had a laugh and told him it was so repulsive, then bunch of other guys joined him in making this concoction. Ewe.....

I was trying to figure out a therapeutic dosage of Borax.
If I put 1/8 of tsp in 1.2 l water, does it make sense to drink 200 ml each day, getting about 20 mg of pure Boron as per the following calculation?

I'm getting younger, or rather I am of a mind to, and since I'm feeling better/healthier than I ever did, I can well see a sweet sixteen year, for the world. Why not?
I don't know much about the boron/borax. You and Lili got me onto it., and i'm learning.
The salt in the coke makes me think of how the "Moreless" drink tastes and behaves, and the wonderful balance of it--Lots of people on CZ didn't like it; it's controversial, but it only did good things for me. and i liked that it was so affordable.
(if you remember, It's the BSM, epsom salt, calcium hydroxide (only in solution!--just like the borax) added to half a lemon juiced, and taken with a spoonful of kelp--which I always took on the bsm spoon, after drinking the drink. i got to love it.
I turned a few people in my life on to that. it's better -imv-than coffee. Even some coffee lovers agreed. In some ways it could taste a bit ike that salted coke. when you think of it, coke always begs for salt, like popcorn, or junk food, and that's the 'crime' of it--the body really wants minerals, and instead, gets empty salt. AND burns up all his/her mineral stores just buffering it.
That person with your Him. salt hit the jackpot! i hope it proves to be a turning point. For sure is a good talking point.
I can see a coke drinker being so minerally-deficient that that mixture might even have been *medicinal* , for that person.
but. to take that much salt with coke, more than rarely....
brrr.
