I don't know if you're being sarcastic or just a troll, but the way you asked that question was hilarious as it definitely hit the spot for humor, if this was a bust-the-balls question.
If you're being serious, then you should definitely eat meat more often than once a week. Most branches of
parasites love to feed on your blood. This is why sometimes we feel fatigued, have brain fog, and a shit ton of other negative symptoms that shouldn't be here.
I would therefore say that Iron is very important in your diet. The reason you may have results that show you are anemic is because
parasites love iron and any metal that is heavier than it, which is why when the die-off happens or toxins come busting out, we feel like shit.
But that does NOT mean you should supplement with any kind of iron (hint: I said supplementing, not food).
It is thought that iron actually makes worms stronger.
MY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Find that online recipe for that f***ing delicious BOSTON MARKET SPINACH recipe and go HAM with it. I'm talking about at least 3 bowls of that stuff a day, every other day. It should be utilized more by your body that way and help with the anemia. After a week, stop it for a while if you are still gonna continue taking anti-parasitics.
Oh, and lastly:
Depending on the severity of your
parasite infection and co-infections, the herbs you are taking don't seem like they will do the job. Especially if you already have anemia. Gotta think stronger and bigger. ICU has a good protocol with Rx if you want to try it otherwise add some stronger herbs such as Garlic, just make sure it comes in an enteric-coated form.
Good luck broski.
