Hi. First thing in the morning I like to drink a glass of water, and then do the swf. Is it really important to do the swf first? If I drink water first, will it interfere with the effect of the swf? Insight much appreciated. Thanks.- Re: question about swf. smuzyq

This is a reply to # 232,097When you drink the water first, do you still have the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) go through your system in about an hour? If it does, it sounds like it is working. How long have you been on the Cleanse? I am on day 3. Good luck to you!
