I basically have a bunch of symptoms and I don't know what is causing them and how to treat them.

Symptoms:
Dandruff
Very dry skin
Tinea Versicolor all over torso, shoulders, and arms, some on neck
Swelling/bulb-like things on the inner corner beneath both eyes
Dark circles under eyes
Daily white coating on tongue
Bad smell coming only from tongue throughout the day, especially in the morning.
Fatigue
Occasionally see black floaters in my eyes
Migraine sufferer (I found marijuana has actually helped prevent these for me, but I am still susceptible to them.)

Background:
25 years old
6'2 145 lbs.
Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, wisdom teeth all removed, turbinates removed, and fixed deviated septum.
No mercury fillings
I do have post nasal drip
Allergic to a variety of nuts, pollens, grasses, feathers, dust, and mold.

p.s. My breath/tongue issues completely disappeared when I took Antibiotics after my tonsillectomy and again when I took Antibiotics after my deviated seuptum surgery.

Any idea what is going on? And ways I could improve or eliminate some of these symptoms? I've visited doctors, ENTs, and gastroenterologists with no avail.
