I've been treating myself for adrenal fatigue and HM poisoning for a while now.
Recently, sex has been painful. leading to tingly sensation to body, feeling warm, feeling wired and tired and having sever insomnia. 2 days ago I had sexual intercourse and ogasm-ed twice, I was only able to sleep for 1 hour that night because my body would jolt every time I started to fall asleep. today it happened again, I can't sleep. this is very worrisome.
what could this tingly sensation and hypnotic jolt after sex. high cortisol, low cortisol, AF, candida? This all happened after a night of drinking a lot (it had been a while since been drinking)
any advise on supplements to alleviate this?

First some questions:
Is it insomnia because of lingering pain?
Is it pain before or during or after ejaculation?
Where is the pain?
Do you have problems urinating?
Do you have problems with ejaculate coming out slowly or not at all?

The most obvious answer is an infection in your prostate or related plumbing. Infections in the prostate gland, bladder, urethra, or seminal vesicles can cause intense burning or itching after ejaculations. Both acute and chronic bacterial prostatitis symptoms can include painful ejaculation and pain in the penis or testicles. Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are a cause of sexual pain in men. For example, gonorrheal infections can sometimes cause a burning or sharp penile pain during ejaculation. If you have an STD, you need to make sure your partner gets treated, too.
If you have problems with your prostate, then urinating will be problematic & ejaculate may be slow to come out. In this case you are deficient in iodine. go to the Iodine VWT Forum for help.

I do not experience any pain in the groin area or prostate. the pain experience is more in my whole body. feeling weak, tingly, wired and tired feeling, insomnia - like adrenaline is rushing through my body or cortisol is too high or too low. it happens usually after ejaculation. ejaculation seems normal to me.
urination is fine.
This happened once to me where I had prostrate pain along with it. the doc ran test for STD and prostatitis and everything was negative. trust me, when that happened I had the exact symptoms of bacterial prostatitis, but no signs of it in blood or urine. which is odd.
My assumption is that perhaps sex is draining me - adrenal related ? can mercury cause symptoms like this?

"Post ogasmic Illness Syndrome or POIS"
Google this term and you get thousands of hits so it is a well known problem.
I've read through a few links to find that POIS can be related to watching too much p 0 r n, then masturbating, which basically rewires the brain and causes unpredictable results, & may include not even responding to a women any more.

When these symptoms happened I was actually on day 25 of no fap. I've been taking it easy for the past couple of months not doing it more than twice a week. I'm back on the challenge after my relapse.
Hopefully this gets fixed as I don't want it to ruin the thing that I'm having with this girl.

This is a reply to # 2,329,479I don't know. I never heard of your condition so it is new to both of us. Do that google search, there is a lot more than FAP involved. I just mentioned that because it was the first link that I looked at.
194874 was correct... MS was also listed as a likely cause. OMG, lets hope that you don't have MS !!! That shit is considered incurable by many.

This is a reply to # 2,329,581I don't think its MS eventhough a lot of times it can be cured with mercury chelation using cutlers protocol. I think if I had MS I would know for sure because the tingling only appears rarely. I have chronic mercury toxicity and this can mimic MS symptoms too
On another note. Before I was with that girl I took a natural supplement called forta for men and it turns out it was recalled due to finding traces of tadalafil in it. Some of the side effects there actually match with the pain I was experiencing. Not sure though.
