I had a wee bit of cramps that never got too bad. I am thinking my lack of water intake (almost 2 gallons a day) has helped not wash out my minerals.
Hope it get that visceral fat out. I am shocked at how quickly it went to 7 from 2. Hoping it goes just as quickly back to 2 and I'll just eat real natural foods from now on.

Cramps have been very mild. That is a huge surprise. Definitely dry for 5-6 days is doable for me at this point in my life.
It did not make a big dent in my weight compared to water fasting, it has a bit of constipation element to it I feel. Worse yet, visceral fat has not moved from 7. That is the key to any lasting weight loss IMHO. I will be proper earnestly getting into losing that in about a month when I can fast in interrupted by social pressures I think.
I have been feeling cold for the last 24 hours, very bad. Hungry for almost 48 hrs. Thirsty off and on the last 8-12 hrs, and difficulty swallowing through the night. Overall may have to sip water in a few hours if swallowing is still a challenge, but since waking up and brushing my teeth its been better.
