Hi,
I mainly came up with an idea of Liver Flushing just to get rid of my Acne and it was mild.I followed the raw food and Elimination Diet for 4 months before the idea of Liver Flushing and it showed a lot of improvement.Last week I did my first Liver Flush and I could see the changes on my Acne and it showed improvement. I did the 3 day apple cider vinegar juice fast before it followed br daily enemas and also did 3 enemas after the liver flush. I got dark green tiny stones upto 50 or so on my first flush. But the thing is I'm afraid to do my second live flush. I don't want to continue it. I'm afraid about any negative effects and about the stones getting stuck.
So is it compulsory to continue Liver Flushing or else will it give me any side effects of not continuing with it?
Has anyone stopped with a single Liver Flush without any further complications?Advertisement

This is a reply to # 2,357,875If you have acne, it is a sign of poor functioning liver.
Your goal should not be to heal acne, as that is just symptom.
Your main goal should be to heal your liver.
If you think you can heal your liver without liver flushing, you don't have to continue.
You can, for example, drink daily 2 tbsp of olive oil with grapefruit juice to gradually cleanse your liver.
coffee enema can also help cleanse the liver.
Tinctures made from bitter herbs (bitters) also helps cleanse the liver.
Daily consumption of healthy fats (olive oil, flaxseed oil, fatty fish, nuts etc) can help cleanse the liver.

Thanks for your advice. I would surely try them.I wanted to cure my Acne ASAP so I thought Liver Flushes would come in handy if we do them in a series.
But after all the bad reviews about Liver Flush that some brokeout horribly after series of flushes, i'my afraid and doubtful.
After 4 days of my first Liver Flush I ate ice cream with chocochips with my friends and after 4 days I got 4-5 breakouts. So at this point I thought that my food allergies and Acne are completely not cured.
Also I'm a little constipated everyday now from the day after my Liver Flush but didn't breakout till I ate that icecream the other day.
And as I mentioned above, it's almost an year that I'm on an Elimination Diet and still my allergies didn't go away whenever I try chocolates or pizza I get a horrible breakout otherwise not due to my diet I'm my skin is clear halfway and i saw a lot of improvement since last year.
Please anyone help me into the right way. I really wanna get rid of my acne. My mom says that my dad also had Acne and it disappeared at some age as he does yoga and exercises daily. Even I too do yoga and exercise and I'm 19 years old now.
And from the past 5 years I have been on medicines and Antibiotics due to some health issues and I think that would be the reason for my acne.
I'm obsessed to clear skin and I want to be like normal people who ate anything but never brokeout.😞

- curing leaky gut
- healing intestines
- healing intestinal microbiome
- healing liver
- increase in physical activity

It can take months and months of Liver Flushing to heal your liver.
It can take years of building intestinal flora to heal your intestines and your liver.
Every person is different, DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF to other people.
Rare are people who suffer negative effects while liver flushing, less than 1% .... but because those negative effects can be severe .... those people are 1000 times more likely to publish their experiences online, making it sound as if it is something very common.
It is actually uncommon, as most people flushing liver never report results online .... so unreported results outnumber reported results 1000 : 1.

Two years ago I got hyperthyroidism and used some medicines and I think maybe those were the artificial hormones and from the past 6-7 years I have been rapidly using medicines as I have got an absence seizure disorder in my teens.
So from the past one year I have been living healthy without any drugs and eating healthy by eliminating dairy,sugar,peanuts etc which had helped me to clear my skin but still if I try to consume them, I'm breaking out.
That's the problem and everyone(my friends and family) around me looking weird at me for avoiding them.So I feel depressed half of the time that I'm unable to eat them well.
So anyhow I would like to know more about liver cleanse. If I survived my first cleanse, probably i can with the rest I hope so.
So, have you done the Liver Flushes and got better and BTW can you suggest me how to take a weekly liver flush? I have been following Dr. Clark's Liver Flushes but didn't do a parasite cleanse for the first one.
Should we have to apple juice fast everytime we do so? How can we plan for a weekly liver flush.
Please and please tell me some protocol about this. I want to see some quick results at least after 3-4 months of liver flushing.
And one more thing is currently I have teeth braces since 3 months and can I do the Liver Flush while having them?

Take at least 2 weeks break between the first few Liver Flushes to allow your intestinal flora to come back from acute dysbiosis often caused by acute diarrhea caused by the Epsom Salts or cascara sagrada during the liver flush.
If, after several flushes you feel good immediately after the flush and you feel no problems with flushing itself, you can try flushing every 7 days.
People have even done flushes day after day, and it may even be good for a few people, but for majority, one flush every 14-21 day is more than enough.
Flush is the process.
Healing of the liver and of the intestines does not always happen while flushing, healing often happens between flushes!
What you eat and what you do between flushes can heal you more than just flushes alone.

I do not think apple juice is so important. Most people I know have been flushing with Hulda's recipe, and most of them have not been torturing themselves with apple juice.
Apple juice have a lot of sugar. It can be negative for people with candida and other forms of dysbiosis.

Just choose a day like saturday, eat low fat breakfast and follow the flush recipe.

Nobody can promise you quick results at least after 3-4 months.
If you are lucky, it may happen, if not, it may take 6 months or 1 year or longer.

Sure, the only time you should consider not to do liver lush is if you have menstruation, or you are pregnant, or you have some acute disease like flu.
I have been flushing since 1998, and I know many people who have been flushing their liver for many years.
Now, I just do 1-3 flushes per year, but when I started, I was doing it every 2 weeks for about 3 months.
It improved my digestion.
I was intolerant of meat, eggs, milk, and was on mostly vegan diet because of my intolerance.
Liver Flushing changed it and after the first year, I wa able to consume all foods, but today I still avoid most grains and most milk products except yogurt.
My main problem was severe dysbiosis, leaky gut and food intolerances .
Liver Flushing was the key, beside good and clean diet and a lot of physical activity.

Can you help,
I've done 2 Moritz style flushes, a para cleanse, 1 flush with a months gold coin grass tinctures and bitters, and a kidney cleanse with NO stones released yet my skin is still suffering breakouts which seem to have gotten worse
I've been on a mostly vegan diet for about a year but I do notice digestive upset if I eat anything high protein
More flushes or something else needed??

Definitely more flushes. Keep going until you see stones. Most of the time the first 2-3 flushes will yeild some sludge or sand from the gallbladder. Once you clear that you should start to see some stones. There were times where it took me 7 flushes before I cleared enough out to get my digestion and skin looking good again. If you can deal with it I also highly recommend coffee enemas. Clears out a lot of the stagnant bile from the liver/GB very quickly. More info:

Thanks for the reply, I have seen the sandy sludge but no stones. Is there any particular style of flush you would recommend ?
I'm currently taking tinctures before the apple juice flush as a preparation

This is a reply to # 2,358,715I've had good succcess using the Hulda Clark Liver Flush but with Mag citrate instead of epsom which is pretty rough on the GI and kidneys(for me anyway).

This is a reply to # 2,358,715I use Natural Calm (magnesium citrate powder) instead of epsom as its easier on the kidneys and digestive tract. The lemon and olive in combination with that works great for releasing stones.
