I counted the non calcified stones or cholesterol stones from the past days. I released about 120 small stones so I would say it was successful. But when I see the released Gallstones from other folks, they are much bigger.
I notice one thing.. It seems like my pancreas is working a little bit better. Before doing the flush I always got a warm and red face after eating meals for about an hour.. the past 2 days this symptom is nearly gone.
What do you think about a Whole Foods plant based diet with no added oils(but avocados, nuts and seeds are allowed).
Would that kind of diet be helpful to get rid of more stones and prevent getting some new stones
