Hey all, So Iv'e been on my Water Fast for 7 days, planning on doing a 40 but I'm going to listen to my body. I'm a little worried about my potassium levels.
There is a supplement called 'Potassium Ketone Salt' by Nutricost on Amazon. 1 serving is 2528mg of potassium and 6410mg of beta-hydroxybutyrate.
I'd like to know what your thoughts on this... safe? etc.

You don't need supplements, it can easily create imbalances, as you are not consuming anything.
For your own safety, stay on water only or you risk suffering.

This is a reply to # 2,380,556Agree with both posters, nothing but water, no teeth brushing with toothpaste or chewing gum, etc.
If you want you can by potassium powder and put it in your bath water, soak yourself, you can also put Epsom Salt to get magnesium.
