Hello ladies!!! I overweight later and lost 40 pounds while breastfeeding. and during pregnancy, I did not gain any weight I was very overweight..then all the weight I lost while breastfeeding was my weight, not baby weight.In second time pregnancy, I am overweight and I lost 20 pounds in the first trimester due to morning sickness. I have gained about 9 pounds back and like 7 pounds of that is baby and fluid and stuff so I expect I will lose weight while breastfeeding.It really helps to lose weight.I was doing all the hard work but after all that, it's really worthy.each woman is different and the different difficulties in their pregnancies.I am glad about breastfeeding I have lost some weight.If you decided to do one thing no one can stop you.I also do some exercises and eating the right diet that really helps.I wish you all ladies best of luck in future..stay blessed.. keep your thought positive, everything going to be positive.

Hi there, I wish you good luck. I will suggest you to follow what your doctor has advised you. as I have seen many women getting pregnant very easily by just reducing some extra weight. As over weight is also linked with irregular periods. I hope I was helpful. wishing you good luck!! keep us updated here about your progress.
