This is a bit embarrassing.
I was low on minerals on my day 3 of Water Fast and decided to put a hip in my mouth without eating it so that I could ingest just the salt. And I think I might have ingested a tiny bit of the chip due it shattering and also the oil that comes with it. The amount was very low and I am not even sure if I swallowed anything. But my body feels a bit different. Have I broken my fast? Will the ketosis stop?
Should I break my fast and try again later or go through with it? I only ingested a minuscule amount, probably.
