Hello fellow flushers! Thanks in advance for reading this and looking at these pictures. Don't know where else I could ask people to look at what exited my bum hole! Any idea what these are and what they mean?

So last night I did my first ever liver flush. Woo! Health!

My procedure:
Fruit until 1:30pm then fasting
3pm coffee enema
6pm epsom
8pm epsom
8-9pm two bowel movements with a bunch of these! I thought they were undigested apple at first glance...
10pm 1/2c. oil and 3/4c. grapefruit and went to bed. No nausea.

I've seen only TINY TINY TINY green stones, like only 10 of them, and sludge.

I did another coffee enema around 2pm (I'm terrified of letting anything rot in my colon). It's now 8pm and just after I had dinner, I urgently had to use the restroom! Again 2 movements with more of these!!

I finally got past the weirdness to take a closer look... I have no idea what parasites look like and I don't seem to find anything online that quite matches this. It actually resembles apple bits, but it's shiny and doesn't break apart when prodded. The red in the centre makes me think it's a parasite, but what?

Anybody experienced this?
