First of all I didn't see anyone "PUTTING ANYONE DOWN" People that understand the how and whys of fasting get frustrated when the same ole same ole weightloss this and weightloss that gets to be the main subject in a forum that essentially is dedicated to a protocol that was *NEVER* designed as a weight loss diet to begin with. As you yourself well know and have written on many occasions that fasting is not about weight loss. Below is a verbatim cut and past from one of your posts:

As you also well know the "Fasting for Weightloss" forum had to be created just because of the obsession with this "diet" thing inundating the fasting forums.
Correct about the water loss thing in the book. The other part that gives false hope to the "dieters" is the 2 lbs a day thing. I have been reading this forum for more than 3 years and I have yet to read about anyone losing 2 lbs a day steady.
The biggest point that gets repeated over and over is that the weightloss can vary greatly from one individual to another but the dieters still get obsessed with the meaningless numbers on the scale and keep asking the same thing over and over and oeooooover about how much other people have loosing when it is completely irrelevant to them.
There are a bazillion places including on this site that are strictly about dieting, weight loss etc that dieters can go and talk about dieting, fasting for weightloss to their hearts content. So I don't think it's unreasonable for folks that come here and want to learn and discuss the real purpose of *ANY* cleanse or fast to get a bit frustrated when this How much did you loose crap that keeps cropping up over and over despite all the good intended posts that explain about how the MC or any from of fasting is not a weightloss diet and what it takes to achieve permanent weight loss. As I have stated ad nauseum that without the understanding about health and follow up *ANY* from of fasting is a sure fire plan for failure and worse yet where they can gain back even more than they lost. No ifs ands or buts about it.
Another point is that the longer one fasts the slower the metabolism gets and this will also slow down the weight-loss.
Since lack of hydration is a biggie in how the SWF works the first line of defense is to significantly up the lemonade and water intake. Keeping things moving is a crucial aspect of the MC and the SWF is the most efficient way since it cleanses the GI tract to to bottom.
