Hi! soo im new here. im 21 and ive been dealing with random Acne breakouts for about a year now. i tried everything topically i possibly could, i have been vegan for years now but i drastically cleaned up my diet and nothing that i was eating seemed to be the cause. i also suffer with Depression and mild ocd (not sure if this matters) but after finding organi olivias channel on youtube after thinking my Acne could be hormonal, i thought it couldn’t be that because my period is regular and i don’t really seem to have any hormonal problems, i mostly have always had digestive issues like constipation, sooo much bloating and so on. i avoid a lot of foods because they bloat me ridiculously. so after face mapping and realizing that my Acne is literally only on my forehead (everything else is clear) i decided to do a prasite cleanse. i bought one on amazon that had a ton of good reviews and i started taking it while doing a very clean diet (low carb, no Sugar or fruit) while doing so. i got terrible die off symptoms: migraines, pustule-like acne on my forehead, fatigue, brain fog and i seemed to be very very depressed while doing it which i read could be a die off symptom. i did get very constipated and was worried about that but after reading a bit i immediately started doing and intestinal Colon Cleanse after i finished the ten days. it helped. i saw a toooon of weird things in my stool and my acne went away and for the first time in months i felt energized and not bloated. this lasted maybe a week or two, and i started to feel tired again and breaking out again (only on my forehead which signifies digestive issues) so i decided to do a second round but this time with Black-Walnut Wormwood tincture, taking two droppers full 3 times a day.im concerned about how long this will take and how many cleanses i will have to do. should i do a colonic to flush everything out? i started getting the same 3 pustule like pimples during this second cleanse, although i havent gotten any other die off symptoms as of now.
a little more background: i travel quite a bit which could possibly mean i contracted parasites while in mexico. i also never really broke out before so even though its not very severe, it is painful and im just lookinng for ways to get rid of this although it does seem like my body is internally not okay, i can just feel it. so i want to cleanse my body and i know thats the only way to get rid of the acne. does anyone have any recommendations, or just any information on what i should do next and how long this process can take me? im also a bit scared because i will be traveling to mexico again in a few months and although i eat very clean, the water isn’t as regulated as it should be. also another thing: i have joint pains that started around the same time as my acne and those also went away momentarily after the first cleanse
