I've done 40+ flushes in the past when I was recovering from Lyme+co-infections. My natural protocol worked, and I regained my health.
Recently I was exposed to mold and I relapsed with some symptoms. I have done a total of 3 flushes since then and I have not gotten any stones. I got bile but no stones.
I'm not well and cannot eat Sugar so I didn't prep with apples but instead used Magesium Malate (which has Malic Acid) and Apple Pectin for 5 days before the flush.
Any thoughts?
I know I'm not well, so I don't know why I didn't get any stones.
Next time, I'm going to take apple pectin, malic acid (pure form vs. magnesium malate) and I'm also going to take artichoke supplements to develop more bile.

This is a reply to # 2,430,890The main point of doing the prep for the Liver Flush is to stimulate the liver function. Pectin increases the amount of bile that is expelled in your stools and therefore forces the liver to increase the amount of bile it produces.Peas, green beans, sweet potatoes and tomatoes are a good source of pectin. I do not subscribe to the idea that malic acid is effective.
A reason why you are not seeing stones may be because your environment in your ileum is more acid than it use to be so that the bile doesn't precipitate into stones.
