Honestly, we don't know if Water Fasting helps, but it sure makes me feel better. I felt like i cured myself from a few months of 'long' covid .. then I got sick again from someone that was recently vaxxed (I think it was from their spike protein shedding). I'm returning here to let any future people know how important fasting is. Since my post so long ago, I nearly cured my long covid with extended water fasting. Fasting is now viewed as the #1 most important thing for long covid sufferers, even on the flccc.net site (front line critical covid care). But I'm here to tell you what truly healed me and put Water Fasting to shame... DRY FASTING. Once you look into it, you can't unsee it. Yes your first impression will be to scoff and ignore it, citing things like dangerous and crazy. But it works 100%, I am back to running, jumping, working 2 jobs, writing a blog, and spending time with my kids. All this coming from someone who couldn't get out of bed, had migraines daily, fatigue, de-realization, and flare ups everytime he tried to go for walks. I'm healed, and dry fasting is the reason. There is a podcast called DRY FASTING CLUB and it can guide you to do it from home. Follow Yannick. It's a journey, so the faster you start, the faster you will heal GOOD LUCK

P.S. Curezone was one of the last sites on the internet where you could get the REAL information with real people who took health seriously with no censorship. It's obviously dying now, but I have to give kudos to the people that are still running the servers and keeping it online. There is unfathomable important information hidden in these forums, and it's a travesty to watch it slowly wither away and get replaced with massive corporate controlled replacements.
