Is probotics and Clarkia the same thing? or is it something you can take together? i am confused? I plan on starting them after my master cleanse (10days), today is my first day on the mastercleanse.. thanks

This is a reply to # 249,098II just came off a 21 day fast on Tuesday and am currently only drinking orange juice along with the Master-Cleanse drink and water. I am going to eat some vegetable broth tonight and I might even try some soup.
My question is, can I introduce psyllium along with flax seed into my system now or should I wait an additional week or so? Before the Master-Cleanse I had chronic constipation and digestive problems, and I'm afraid to eat without taking some type of supplement to move my bowels. I am hopeful that the Master-Cleanse has alleviated some of this.
Also, how long should I wait to do a bowel cleanse.
I appreciate any advice.

This is a reply to # 249,133wait until you see how your intestines are acting until you do something different or add bulk into them. i personally noticed that mine felt slow for a month after my MC.
