Well... The cleansing diets is a must-do i agree... But... i'm wondering if you have knowledge in gaining muscle mass type diets...

I've researched a bit about gaining muscle mass... about the routine that works... and guess what, in the bodybuilding category--diet is the key thing as well. The diet to gain muscle is, as you probably already know, surrounded around the key ingredient: protein.

Well, lucky for me (??? I guess...it would be luck huh?) i am Acne prone as well. So i have done a lot of research on acne...which had a lot to do with diet... which lead me to the knowledge how the bodybuilding diet places a big burden for the body...

Ok ok... So i'm wanting to compromise here ok... So i'm thinking of having five meals a day with fruits or romain lettuce soaked with olive oil (in replacement of rice) AND raw yellowfin tuna (aka sashimi)...

Ok but then I get into the food combining issue... Which is rather vague to me... Then I find something about Sequential eating which seems a bit similar but contradictory to food combining.

I think(?) that in sequential eating you eat the food that will digest the fastest first followed by the others... Meaning that if you eat a bunch of fruit followed by a romaine lettuce salad then it is ok... BUT food combining states that fruit and veggies can not be combined??

so... Can fruit(Eaten first) and then veggies be combined? What about Fruit(eaten first) then raw tuna be combined?

Ahh.. anyways, main point was gaining muscle mass. Any knowledge on that?

Also, is staying on a mainly fruit based diet bad? One source says you can get candida overgrowth in a fruit based diet... And another source says that's ridiculous...candida only feeds off of such stuff as refined sugar? That source also says that you can get everything from fruit alone and you do not need vegetables (http://www.waitalk.com).

Any info you can give to shed some new light will be awesome :)
