I posted a similar message to the Liver Flush Forum , but I thought it would be of interest here as well.
I started drinking apple cider vinegar last week and it is causing my liver to contract and push out stones! I notice immediately after consuming my ACV and water mixture that I feel the familar contractions and stones traveling just like when I drink my Olive Oil/lemon mixture (slightly less intense like a miniflush). I have also been able to see some calcified stones in the toilet.
Last week it was a bit uncomfortable (probably because I didn't take Epsom Salts to relax the bile ducts). But this week it is getting better. I'm still going to do the Clark method every 2-4 weeks until I'm clear of stones because I feel it is a deeper flush.
This completely took me by surprise. I was very skeptical that the ACV would do anything at all. Since taking it my mysterious nagging knee pain of 3 years has disappeared! I wouldn't believe myself if I was reading this, but you guys have to give it a try.

I use the Bragg brand. I take about 3-4 tablespoons in 64 oz of water 3-4 times a day (so 9-12 tablespoons or so total per day, I don't measure exactly). Often instead of water I use a homemade fresh brewed iced green tea (I was doing this the same way before the ACV).

It all has to do with the Acid Alkaline pH Balancing!!
Now to explain it better for you as to the reason why the apple cider vinegar will do this where the apple juice will not do this.
ACV is an acid with alkaline Minerals in it if it is good quality.
Apple juice is a very weak acid compared to the ACV!!!
What has happened for them is that this amount of ACV was enough to cause the partial break down of the stones, so they could move on out, because the stones are just an unused mineral which an acid of any kind will react against!!
This is why Lemon juice also works, because it is acidic enough to react against the stones to start the necessary break down, so they may move!!
Had they not been taking the green tea drink or had enough Alkaline reserves in their body and then tried taking this much ACV by it's self, they probably would have a terrible stomach ache!!
It all operates upon the Acid Alkaline pH Balancing principles!!

otherwise, that's an awful lots of ACV...lotta stone-breaking, and mineral flushing going on...
might it be that at some point, the ACV will just be too acid on its own, and will
start a process of leeching calcium from the bones?
Seems that now it's working on deposits that the body can do without...

This is a reply to # 265,759My understanding is that Braggs brand apple cider vinegar is a "live" fermented product, as is yogurt, kefir, fresh pickles, fresh sauerkraut, and other such foods that have active microbial cultures in them. It is enzymatically a very active substance, and my understanding is that these fresh living enzymes are very healing. You can not get the same effect from regular apple cider vinegar from an ordinary grocery store, because these products are pasteurized (treated with high heat to prevent spoilage).
Fresh pressed apple cider is also a living juice with active enzymes, as is any fresh squeezed vegetable or fruit juice.
The fermentation process results in Braggs being a very potent healing substance which I have heard is useful for encouraging health under a variety of health circumstances.

Any apple cider vinegar should always be alive -- otherwise you might as well just use distilled white vinegar (which is only useful for cleaning).
Always get the best you can: unpasteurized, organic, unfilters--with the mother, whether you're drinking it in water, or using it in any other way--foodwise.
If you don't like one brand, try another. Eden is my favorite. (It also comes in a dark glass bottle.)
