If you have been on the candida diet for a while it's possible that the carbohydrate restriction is causing you the symptoms; it is well known that low carb diet can can cause fatigue specially on people that have weak digestion and may not properly absorb nutrients from hard to digest things found in candida diet like meat and vegetables.
Carbs may be essential for proper functioning so after a while you may get weak. Both candida and you need em to survive - so cleansing and boosting your digestion may give you the upper hand and allow you to absorb the nutrients and boost your immunity that may thenproperly take care of candida. Restricted diet may be only temporarily helpful only if you digestion is good, otherwise you are weakening both candida and yourself (you may not absorb much energy out of this diet and create a lot of waste which your system as to work to eliminate it). Enzymes, small and large intestine cleansing, and probiotics should be part of a good regimen (may even alleviate some of the strict guidelines in the candida diet)
