Just wanted to say that i am loving visiting your page every day! :-)
I have learned so much by reading your answers to peoples questions and every time i click on to Cure zone there you are up the top of the hot forums list.
HOW DO YOU DO IT?????
They should re-name the site Shelley`s cure zone! :-)

I was curious as to what you meant in a previous post about the ratio of beans to rice and how they make a complete protein.
Did you mean literally 3 grains of rice to i bean?
OR
75% rice and 25% beans?
If i were to weigh it out how would i go about getting the right ratios?
