you didn't say how old you are...but that could be important.
If a person starts a new program to eat healthier and start leaving off sugar...the
first thing they notice is that they run their legs off to the bathroom. That alone
can cause frequency of urination.
Also, if you're older and are having to get up at night...you might want to check
with a urologist for a prostate problem.
Whatever you come up with either way...can be treated naturally. Lots of times...
the hardest thing to do is find out just what the problem is...once we find out..
it's just a matter of getting on a good healthy program and turning that situation
around.
Sugar problems can also cause frequency...but you say you don't have a blood sugar
problem. A
Sugar problem can also cause tummy problems...digestion, etc.
Stress can also cause both. It's just a matter of weeding through the symptoms and
finding out what's wrong. Hope this helps....
