I would get a second opinion if you don't trust him. Here is the information I have found on it. I'm not sure what you should do but it sounds like a safe procedure that could cause problems later.

It is critical theat when you do a raw vegan healing diet that you utilize at minimum, organic produce. The key is high mineralization (alkalinity, electric potential, oxygenated). Also juicing is critical at this phase, especially properly grown wheatgrass in ocean water (to ensure massive amounts of useable minerals that supplememts can never provide).

Some fail on raw because they pass off the importance of highly mineralizing produce and go with mainstream produce that is deplete in minerals and poisoned in a variety of ways. Go organic minimally.

Also do some emotional healing work such as EFT and TAT.

Play detective and get rid of all toxins, in all forms from your life.

Hi Minnie...The solution is so simple you'll think it won't work. But I've never
known it to fail. Just simply continue on with your healthy Diet and lifestyle...
and add Folic Acid...400mcg a day in supplement form. You will have normal cells
on your next pap...if you'll just wait 3 months and get checked again.

As for 'why' doctors recheck and recheck...it has nothing to do with being so
'efficient' or 'concerned'...it's how they keep the big homes and cars...and the
lovely swimming pools. If they didn't have women who would run back and forth
at the drop of a hat...how in the world would they get so wealthy?

You ARE doing the right thing, Minnie...and if you'll just add the Folic Acid...
and be sure and take it every single day...you'll be amazed in 3 months. You're

Some people have suggested the Dr. Lorraine Day tapes “Cancer doesn’t scare me anymore” and “You Can’t Improve Upon God.” I bought them years ago. I was drawn to her because she said her 10 steps could heal anything. I didn’t finish watching them, but I do know her 10 steps to health. I have been recently trying to follow them, but after what I found out yesterday I will be much more diligent! I wish I would have been following them all these years and I wouldn’t be in this mess. Back then I didn’t think I could ever go vegan let alone raw vegan and now before I even got that news yesterday I’m a raw foodist! Life is funny, ain’t it?

1) N utrition: The Garden of Eden Diet, fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, and seeds.
65% to 75 % raw, include elimination 2 to3 times of BMs a day. [She spoke the most about this subject. There were many details beyond this.]

2) E xercise: 3-6 days a week preferably outside, walking, biking, trampoline, etc. [She never mentioned how much time each day.]

3) W ater: 8 to10 glasses of bottled water a day, 10 to 14 is better. More water is needed when you are stressed or ill. ½ teaspoon of sun-dried Sea Salt or solar Sea Salt per 8 to 10 glasses of water. [My favorite view on water consumption is too drink half of your body weight in ounces of water. For example, 150 pound person would drink 75 ounces of water. It makes the most sense. I can’t believe a 100-pound woman needs the same water intake as a 300-pound man.]

4) S unlight: at least 30 minutes a day (not during the hottest part of the day).

5) T emperance: abstinence from prescription and street drugs, alcohol, smoking, caffeine, theobromine that’s in tea, and SUGAR! [Is theobromine in herb tea? Also it said it comes from the cacao bean, so is raw cacao bad in regards to this information?]

6) A ir: outside fresh air has negative and positive ions and indoor air with heating and air conditioning does not. (It is recommended to exercise outside to get sunlight and fresh air all at the same time.)

7) R est: get proper sleep at the right time to rejuvenate and repair the body. The sleep before midnight is very important. [She doesn’t mention a specific time to start, but her other video says to get to sleep by 9:30 PM if you have cancer.]

8) T rust in God: He will help you. Study the Bible and pray and this also relieves stress.

9) An attitude of Gratitude: Be thankful for what you have. Don’t hang on to resentment and anger.

10) Benevolence: always try to do something to help someone. Don’t be self-centered and selfish. Pray for others.
